I cannot write enough about how amazing Jerry’s towing is. After my fiancé ended up stranded in Wisconsin because of a rental truck failure, Jerry’s towing was called by the company to come out and assess the truck and they were quick to come out and help. We got very lucky that the rental company called Jerry’s, as we would end up establishing rapport with them when they would have to come back out to both tow the rental truck, and then inspect the secondary truck that we received that then broke down (literally what are the odds), only to most certainly tow the second truck as well. This has been an absolutely ridiculous 24 hours and we have had so much hell with this rental company, but Jerry’s has truly been a highlight. Big thanks to Jason who we had the pleasure of working with! While this entire ordeal has been a nightmare, it’s wonderful to know that such kind and attentive people exist.
This towing company will make you safer by charging tremendous amounts of money little under $100k for only 10 miles. Most insurance companies cannot cover such bill . You will end up either paying or getting out of business. They will not release the freight and equipment. If you call them expect to cry . Please avoid they are put into miserable situation . Other towing companies would have done such job under 5k . AVOID THEM PLEASE. Don’t loose your equipment . YOU HAVE YOUR WARNINGS!
Collin was very friendly and helpful, showed up in a timely manner after our truck broke down on a road trip, made room in his cab for my whole family and our stuff, dropped off our vehicle and brought us to the hotel, and even texted the owner of the shop that he was dropping it off after hours and we were hoping to get back on the road asap. Would highly recommend.
Collin was super awesome great tow driver and very friendly. I would recommend him anytime for coming to tow vehicle . The tow company has very nice tow trucks very clean well maintained

Dispatch responded with friendliness and concern and once the tow man arrived to pick up the vehicle he communicated directly with me to confirm the destination of where to take our vehicle and informed the shop that the vehicle was at their location upon arrival. I wish I could give no stars, but we’ll say the 1 can be for the man who did promptly come and tow my vehicle, after it was hit and totaled on a Monday. Jerry’s was recommended by ECPD to take to.
That same day (Mon), Jerry’s told us they wanted our vehicle out of their tow yard. We tried going there to clean out the car so it could be brought elsewhere. Upon arriving, no one was there so we called their main number. The lady we spoke to said they have no proof my car was there and there was nothing she could do. We could clearly see my vehicle sitting in the tow yard but she said there’s nothing she could do until she looks into it. They ended up finding out my vehicle wasn’t put in the system after towing.
We called Tues morning about coming to clean the vehicle out and I was told their guys are busy, but should be back by 3 to meet us to clean out and release the vehicle. Insurance also requested we clean it out Tues because they wanted to come tow it to salvage yard. Jerry’s called me around 3 saying no one is available and to try again tomorrow. (Which wasn’t an option because I had no car to get there and was relying on getting there when my husband was done with work). My husband finally called shortly after I did Tues and someone was “all of a sudden there.” We cleaned out the vehicle, took plates, and gave the man working my license/registration/insurance card to release the vehicle.
Insurance tried to pick up my vehicle Wed and were told they couldn’t because Jerry’s “didn’t have my license/registration/insurance”… which they had in email form and paper copies from Tues. They said they’d look for it.
Thurs around 7am I got another call from insurance saying they again tried to pick up the vehicle and couldn’t due to Jerry’s again saying they had no paperwork. The lady I spoke to from Jerry’s was incredibly rude and short, didn’t apologize nor took ownership of losing all my paperwork. I sent it to them once again.
Insurance was finally able to get my car Friday.
Incredibly disappointed it took an entire week for insurance to get my car back from there when it was their fault, not mine, for the delays. They held up the entire process for getting my car appraised and helping move this process along so I could get a new vehicle.
Fast, professional service! They go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy even when it’s not the most fun getting a vehicle towed. The tow truck was extremely nice and clean as well! Highly recommend to anyone needing a tow!
Paul was a lifesaver when our car broke down on I-94! He arrived quickly and was so reassuring, professional, and kind. He went above and beyond to help us problem solve our car issue and drove us to get a rental car. Everyone at the shop was helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Jerry's staff was very friendly and professional from the guy in Dispatch to my Driver. They got to me in a timely manner even though it was a Friday night. Highly recommend this Company!
Collin was absolutely amazing after my first car accident. I was break checked today, Jerry’s towing was on scene before the cops even. Collin gave us awesome advice and information that we needed. Collin was very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. I am blessed to have collins help from Jerry’s towing. Amazing service! Showed up within the time given to us, which was 30-45 minutes, and our driver, Collin Porter, was very personable. Super sweet about the fact that we had a sleeping infant and took a look at our vehicle for us out of kindness to give us an idea what we’re in for later! Not the best night, but he helped where he could and overall was a very pleasant experience for such an awful circumstance.
A big thank you to Jon for his assistance on changing tire on trailer. Jon was very professional and takes great pride in his job. He made a bad day turn into a wonderful day.

Our driver Colin was very professional, knowledgable, and super friendly. He was quick to pick up the car and take it to the shop. We wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future if we need a tow.

My Freightliner had an air leak problem so I couldn't drive it. Called Jerry's and they gave me an estimated hour wait time. It was very accurate!! Collin arrived and hooked me up very quickly while answering ALL of my many questions. We arrived at the repair shop within minutes. I really appreciate doing business with a company that's honest, timely and professional. I will use these guys again if ever needed while in the area. Thanks Collin. Wonderful service. Arrived quickly and the driver had my vehicle loaded on the flatbed within minutes despite the damage from a fender bender with a parking lot light pole. Very personable and he was fine letting my dog ride in the cab. He even recommended some reputable collision shops in the neighborhood. I'm very happy with the service. My first accident and the driver was very knowledgeable, kind, and reassuring about it. I will definitely be using them again if the need should arise, but hopefully no more vehicle issues in the future.
