I came in for a complete tire change, and the service was excellent. The gentleman who helped me, I think his name is Jesse, was incredibly friendly the whole time. Best of all, the language barrier wasn't an obstacle at all, and he was able to assist me properly. And the price was quite reasonable, not overcharged. I definitely recommend them; they're the best.
I want to give a special shout out to Jiggers for coming and saving the day when I couldn't get the lug nuts off my flat tire to be able to put on the spare. They came out in like less than five minutes and change my tire and I was on my way. They did an awesome job.

Jiggers really is a refreshing "old-fashioned service, care about your customers" place of business. They go out of their way to make certain your vehicle runs well, but they don't try to sell you things you don't need. Such a nice change of pace to do business with ethical folks who do their job, and do it well, AND with a smile!
I was in a roll-over crash a few weeks ago where I was ejected. I'm so incredibly thankful to be alive and healing. I'm working on getting my life back together, and reached out to the tow company. This company was SO HAPPY to hear MY voice, bc my car would suggest I might not have made it. They don't even know me, so that meant the world to me, as I'm struggling very much emotionally through things. I also found out that the tow truck driver waded in and out of that flooded ditch just trying to retrieve any of my personal belongings. Again, I'm just a body that he isn't connected to at all, but HE DID that, on his own. And I'm so very grateful. I'm embarrassed that my cheating, soon to be ex husband, took this opportunity to harass and hurt the company for no other reason than to gain access to my car to sell for parts and make a profit while I'm learning how to live one hour to the next.

We were traveling for a family trip and our rental car broke down. They went above and beyond in getting us a new car from the airport and returning the old one, even with terrible communication from the rental car company! Great people who really take care of those who need them! Our driver was out all night just to make sure we had a car. Thank you so much!
Jiggers or lisa and Jeese are very proffessional, they are the whole package. When your vehicle breaks down they will come and get it, bring it back to their shop and figure out the problem. If it is going to cost a large amount, you will receive an estimate with the problem and to my surprise the work was done below the estimate. When is the last time you could say anybody came in below the original estimate.
I have had several problems over the years, they are proffessional, tell you the exact date they can get it in the schedule and have always delivered on the date. Sometimes you dont know exactly what the problem is, and they diagnois it and give you their reccommendation.
Fair prices and great service, keep up the great work. I am glad to know they will be there when I need them.
Great service experience! Wife got a flat tire, they not only put the spare on but talked through some options to replace. Got them replaced the same day. Very flexible staff. Glad to have them in the community! Finally a place I am not afraid to bring my vehicles too for service!
🚛 Big Truck here...Got stuck in a drop yard on a snow bank and curb in Plymouth, WI. Company set up a tow with these guys and they were ON IT! They came all the way out to save us. Got a courtesy call to confirm location and an ETA to their arrival. They got to us ASAP and got us out and on our way in no time! Keep up the awesome job! My truck blew up on a Sunday night. Jesse came down right away and picked it up from the Milwaukee area. Brought it home and the bill was very reasonable. Very friendly people and super easy to work with. Will highly recommend and use in the future if needed. Hopefully I won’t, but if I do they will be my first call. Thanks again!!
Lisa was so great to work with! I would recommend Our vehicle was stuck in a ditch in the middle of a very messy snowstorm in Reedsville, yesterday. They sent someone out right away and they quickly, efficiently, carefully pulled my vehicle out, so I could get safely back to work.
I was so thankful for Jigger’s as they helped me when I had a flat tire and was far away from my home. They were there to help me within 15 minutes and they made me feel so comfortable during a stressful experience. They made everything go seamless and I was back on the road within 30 minutes. Highly recommend calling them in any time of need! A great family feel.
We had a mishap last weekend about an hour from home and Jesse and Lisa came to our rescue. Not only did they tow our vehicle, Lisa followed Jesse with her vehicle to give us a ride home. My fiance almost lost his life when our vans tire lug nuts came off as he was turning the round about. Jiggers towed our van for a small price. They showed up fast! Very friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Jesse and his crew are amazing. The last 2 mornings I've had a low tire and I was able to pull up and get air in it. This morning it was completely flat had to take my fiance vehicle. Jesse said how about we just fix it for you. How does that sound. If my vehicle wouldn't be under warranty for oil changes definitely would be taking it there. Can’t recommend Jiggers enough! They are currently servicing one of our vehicles. The job is taking a little longer than expected due to parts shortages for our particular vehicle. While driving our back up vehicle, one of the brake lines broke. Reached out to Jiggers and explained our situation, without hesitation they said bring it in and they’d get us back on the road. Despite bringing it in Saturday evening, Jesse got right to work on our vehicle and installed new brake lines on a Sunday morning. Knowing we needed our back up vehicle running, they worked on it during their time off just to keep us going. You don’t find shops like this anymore, but I’m sure glad we found Jiggers. They’re knowledgeable, affordable, courteous and way beyond professional. Do yourself a favor, add Jiggers to your phone contacts and use them for any towing or vehicle service you might need. You’ll be glad you did!

This is the place to go! Jigger is very reasonable on all services. Fast service, option to have vehicle picked up from house or work and dropped off again at no extra charge. In the front office, Lisa is personable and great at customer service.

I cannot say enough positive things about Jiggers. My husband and I came camping with our 3 young kids, and while in town on an ice cream run, our car broke down- late on a Saturday afternoon no less, with a bad storm on the way. They waited with us while we worked to figure out a plan, and they ended up going way above and beyond to help us get safely back to our campsite, and worked (very quickly) on Sunday morning to get the car fixed. We could not have been more grateful to find a reputable and trustworthy place to fix our car, but also with genuinely kindhearted people to make sure our family was okay. We would not hesitate to come back again!
We had Jigger’s do brake jobs on 2 vehicles. They were very professional, reasonably priced and did a great job. Shortly after our brake jobs our truck broke down on the side of the road. Jigger’s to the rescue! They picked up the truck and had it fixed the next day. We are so happy to have found an honest auto repair/towing service in our area.
