Won’t be getting anymore of my business I called to get price on an Alternator I was told 115 to 260 and they had them on hand but when I stopped in I was told it would be 400 someone told me the wrong price this isn’t the first time it has happened to me I wouldn’t give them a star but won’t let me post if I didn’t give them a rating
(On the 4th of July)
I saw their employees call tow trucks on cars parked in their lot — this was AFTER they taped up temporary “No Parking” signs.
The cars were already parked before the signs went up…. give people a break— If you don’t want people parking there, have the signs up ahead of time. It’s not about the parking — it’s the principle. Poor planning on their part. Probably ruined a few people’s holiday and they seemed happy about it as I watched them call it in.
They always go above and beyond to help problem solve issues with you, to get you the parts you need, and help you find the best quality part for the price. Awesome O'Reillys!
Amazing service! Our car wouldn't start nearby and they helped us diagnose it. They helped us jump it, test it and then eventually replace it because the test showed the battery wasn't holding its charge anymore. They turned what couldn't been a nightmare road trip problem, into a fast fix and saved us a ton of time!
I had them charge my battery that was sitting for about a week in a half. When they first put it on the charger they told me it was charging and to come back. We'll when I came back they said it was a bad battery. I didn't belive it because the battery is only 3 months old. So I take it home. Put it in my car. And it starts right right up. And it still currently starts up after days of being in my car. I belive the siren location is trying to get more money out of people by telling them their good batteries are bad
I need the owner to reach out about employees mocking and harassing a cancer patient yesterday. You can either deal with this privately, or I will make it very, very public.

2.also give 1 star ? to a old lady that has purple Hair at the moment anyway I had my son go test a 1000 cca battery and it tested good on the tester she seids its bad when son seen it seid good needs charge on tester so he came home told me what happened I told him to go back return the credit and get my battery back went back charged it up nows its used for my truck use daily starts Daily that lady almost cost me another 200 something dollors she's disrespectful

I love this store but the employee, Cory, has the absolute WORST customer service ive ever encountered! Im not saying anything bad about the store or any of the other employees, i just want to put out there that Cory, i think he is the manager, is horrible. I would wait forever to be served by anyone else but him.
After returning a tool rental charges back to the card I used was not charged back to my bank. I was told before renting the toll that it would be put back on my card right away. It has been almost 2 days now. So don't use a card at O'Reilly's
Staff is friendly and helpful at finding specific items such as a specific paint that glovebox code didn't provide. Also If they were unsure about something, they would say it instead of pretending they knew. Overall not a bad place, except the prices are pretty bad
I am pleased every single time I go here, they will go above what is required to help you find what you need, great place even when you are not exactly sure what you may need lol.
Employee was incredibly condescending and rude! Walked in to ask if they do battery testing, employee looked at my vehicle for a long time, then looked at me and said, "Well yes if you pop the hood".
I went outside to pop the hood, then went to the hatch to get the hood holder stick, as it broke off. The employee was watching me the whole time and when I went back to the hood to hold it open for him, he came outside and just stared at me holding it open for several seconds before saying something about missing the hood holder stick.
After hooking up the battery and waiting several minutes for the reading to come up, the screen just said "bad battery". He didn't tell me this, only showed me the screen. He acted like talking to me, a female customer was a HUGE inconvenience. I asked if he could quote me the price for a new battery and we went inside. He wrote down my license plate number (not sure what he needed that for) and then when repeating the make and model of my mini van, he said it wilth a bit of distain. When he quoted me the price, I asked what the brand was, to which he just pointed at a poster on the wall.
I have NEVER been treated so rudely before!!! Ladies, save your dignity and shop where they are not going to look at you less for being a woman!
I was stranded at my lake home with a broken piece in the coolant lines on my Landover. I called O'riley auto parts in Siren Wi, John looked up my vehicle and found temporary parts to limp my vehicle home. Yay John, thank you!
I phoned the store and spoke to "Eric" who was very polite and helpful, and said I could stop by and he would check my engine light. I stopped by, and he did a great job for me. Thanks and Kudos to Eric!
On another day, I was helping a very senior friend on a snowy morning when his wiper blade fell off. I called the store and spoke with a (Ben or Den....?), who was extremely helpful, watched for my elderly friend to arrive, came out and replaced his wipers and handled the transaction, all without my friend having to get out of his van (mobility an issue, and time was of the essence). THANKS GUYS! THANKS O'REILLY'S!!
