I'M very happy with this company. My tire blew right outside of this shop. They went out of their way to change my tire. They were closed having their annual car show and they found a tire in their shop that worked. They put it on last night, ordered 3 more tires like it and put the other 3 tires on an hour after they were open the next day!! This is the best car parts, car accessories, car repair shop I have ever been too!!

I ordered a rim a week ago in ebay and they shipped me the rim with so many scratches. I tried to contact them to get a cash back since the rim is not worthy of what I’ve paid for. They sent me a message and told me to return and select change my mind. To make it worst the rim is also bent when I brought it to the tire shop. All I want is to give me a some cash back coz I need to buy again a quality rim to other sellers but they didn’t respond to my message. Buyers beware!!!
You can't go wrong with this business. I live in North Dakota and none of the salvage yards here or MN had the part l needed. Called Conrads Salvage and spoke with Terri. She went above and beyond and located the part for me out of TX. It was exactly what I needed.
I had cracked a rim on a road trip across the country, and these fine people had me back on the road within hours! Very pleased with their services, would highly recommend!
I needed a used tire in a hurry after getting a flat that was not repairable. Terry was great on the phone giving me the options they had on hand and asking me to come in to make sure the tread depth would match the other undamaged tires. I pulled in at 3:24 without an appointment and was leaving shortly after 4. I could not have asked for a better experience except for the obnoxious dog across the street that would not stop barking as I waited.
Ordered a transmission from Conrad’s on eBay took them over 2 weeks to ship. I called to cancel the order and they said they shipped it already. Which was a lie. I still have never received the transmission. They said I refused the order which I didn’t so now they have my money and their transmission. If you are not buying locally I would highly recommend doing business elsewhere.
I'd bought something off eBay and won the bed. The accidentally disposed of it or didn't meet their quality inspection. Call them both girls. I spoke to on the phone were professional and extremely helpful. The even offered? A. 10? Percent discount. Should I ever buy anything from them again very rare? You. Find this degree a professionalism with salvage yards.
I ordered an interior door panel, expecting to get what was advertised on the pictures they posted on eBay. When the part arrived, part of the panel was missing. They just stopped communicating on eBay messaging, so I called them. He agreed that the photo was misleading and apologized, but since they had already sold the part off the part I paid for to someone else, and since it would cost him around $90 to replace it, he just couldn’t afford to lose that much money to make it right. The attached photo shows the eBay screen grab that was advertised, the red circled part was gone when it got to me.
I recently found some parts on line that looked like they would work for my car. I called and spoke to Christa who indicated that they parts were coded as being in good condition. I mentioned the concern I had as it is a known concern for these parts. Before shipping out, she assured they were checked and it was determined that they had they same issue for what I was looking to replace. I was called immediately and advised these would not be a smart purchase and the order was cancelled and I was immediately refunded. This level of service and concern for doing the right thing is not always easy to find these days. I want to thank Christa and Conrad's for operating so reputably.
I ordered a transmission from conrad's auto salvage through ebay. After two weeks of answering questions about the vehicles they had not shipped the transmission yet. When I called to inquire about it a supervisor named. Jenny advised me that my order was not gon to be shipped because the van did not match. When I told her to refund the money she got rude and hung up on me. When I called back she informed me that I would not be getting a refund nor my transmission. Stay away from these scam artists.

This place is a true salvage yard. They have hard to find parts at a very reasonable price & in outstanding condition. Sales staff goes above n beyond in getting you the parts u need. They were really fast and the ladies at the front desk we're hilarious. They squeezed me in at closing time on a Friday to mount a new tire after I had a blowout. Couldn't be happier!
I was looking for a few parts that aren’t very common, a couple brackets for a vapor canister on my Honda CR-V, and hadn’t had any luck anywhere else. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they had the brackets, and when I got there, they not only gave me the brackets, but the canister and everything on it as well, so I didn’t have to order all the little clips and lines and couple wires that went with it. They did all this, and only charged me for the brackets, saving me money as well as the time I would have spent sourcing parts, and I am thankful for that. Outstanding customer service.
I was visiting family in Wisconsin when I discover my air intake was broken . It was a Sunday morning the owners happened to be out of town but they sent someone to look for my part . They had it pulled and on the front step for me to pick up. What an amazing place . Someday I will thank them in person for their service.
I stopped by to get a used part for my car. The staff was very accommodating. Although they didn't have the part in inventory they spent a lot of effort to locate it. I greatly appreciate what they did for me. I will use Conrad's and ASAP again.

Conrad's can be very busy, so PLEASE CALL FIRST before dropping in unexpectedly, like I did after a 1-1/2 hour drive, to find the entire sales staff busy taking phone & online orders. After a brief wait, a sales woman(?) verified my part was in inventory, and cautioned it may be awhile before she could find someone to pull the part. Knowing how busy they were, I was happy not to be going home empty handed. After a reasonable wait, my part was brought in and it was in much better condition then the online image and the cost was reasonable. The sales woman (failed to get her name) was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and provided me a fantastic customer service experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
I purchased an alloy wheel for my 1994 F150 over the phone. Part was $30, shipping was $20 and the total was half the cost of anywhere else I looked. Ordered Wednesday and had it by lunch on Friday. The rim was in great shape and works as it should.
The people at Conrad's are great, and the service was phenomenal. Showed up to pick up a Hood an hour before I requested and they happily had someone go out and pull it right away. Then, they found a dent on the front of the hood that wasn't originally listed in the part description, and offered me a discount on the hood and threw the grille in for free (which I also needed and was looking at purchasing separately). 10/10 would recommend to anyone, they're great and easy to do business with.
