Im gonna change my rating. Now, here's the deal. 99% of the time they do everything right and it's good to go. However last week Thursday/Friday they worked on 1 of our vehicles. It was picked up Friday nite and driven home. Saturday morning the wife took it and head for Plymouth as I was out of town for work and due to fly in Saturday afternoon. About 5 miles from her destination the vehicles started making noise. Upon her getting there it still made rhe noise which occurred while driving. She left it there and came to pick me up at the airport albeit about 2 hours late. We then went and looked at the van and discovered that when they put brakes in it the didn't tighten any of the bolts on the driver's side. One was completely gone and the other was only being held in by thoughts and prayers.. I replaced rhe bolt and tightened the other one.
Now I don't care about the $8 bolt I don't necessarily care about the inconvenience have having to drive all over and waste half a day to fix a problem that shouldn't occur. But I will say that now I'll have a difficult time to trust the work going forward.
They did look at it today (5-19) and make sure everything was tight and looked good but that's all.
Just want people to know about my expirence and given the fact that the reaction was kind of like well its not our fault yet it kind of is... pretty sure for a while we'll be taking our stuff elsewere.
I hit my 2nd deer of the year. And after having to wait 4 months to get it back from another dealer we tried Complete Auto Body & Repair. It was the best thing we could have done! They did the estimate and noticed the radiator was leaking. So I wouldn't be able to drive it. They offered me a loaner at no charge. They got everything done in less than three weeks. The other shop took 3 and half months to get parts. The staff is very friendly and pays attention to detail. We highly recommend them!

These guys are the best! My van required a special lift due to the rust underneath and very few places had the lift along with good prices and close to home. My back axel broke and they were able to find a new replacement for it out of state and order it for me and installed it. I also had issues with my instrument cluster and found a replacement and brought it to them and it didn't work 100% when they tested it but I could only get a used one for that old of a vehicle and they took parts from the old one and the new(used) one to try and get me the best outcome with spending the least amount of money to get it fixed. I know very little about vehicles and never want to get ripped off or put money into a vehicle that's not worth putting the money into and these guys have proved over and over again that what matters to them is me driving a vehicle that is safe to drive and giving me the best possible service without overcharging me. I can call them up and explain the noise it's making or how it felt and they know what I'm talking about. They always check with me before fixing whatever the problem is rather than fixing it and just charging me without knowing the price. They have given me so much advice for finding parts myself to save money and what price and quality I should be looking for. They have gone above and beyond for me every time I brought my vehicle to them. I trust them and will always recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys for being so awesome and making the stress of a vehicle less stressful!!
Got my car serviced for a squeaking sound. They replaced the serpentine belt, when i got it back it was still squeaky so i had to bring it back AGAIN and they replaced the assembly. Was annoyed i had to return 2 times and be without my car for 3 days. But i do trust their work.
This body shop cheated me so much. When the quote for a new door, but instead they put a used door without telling me. They still charged me the same amounts as when the first quote for a new door.
One time, we took our vehicle in and they said it was fixed, but when we took it home, it died again. Another time there was noises, we took it in for repair. When they called us that they fixed it, we drive it home, we still hear the same noises. We took it in and have to pay for it again. Worst body shop,
Very nice staff, extremely fair pricing, and honest service. I would highly recommend going to them for your auto related needs.
Update: It's been a few years since I left this review and I just wanted to say this review continues to be true. Everyone here is amazing and even though I live farther away now I still take the extra time to go here.
Completely unprofessional I can’t believe I spent my hard earned money on such a horrible company I wish I would of spent my money almost anywhere else.
KNOWLEDGEABLE. KIND. PROFESSIONAL. I’ve been here twice in the last month. First for a broken spring coil. I called them immediately after I felt like something was off with my car and they were able to squeeze me in the next day to repair it along with a tire alignment. The second time was for scheduled auto body damage repair. They did a spectacular job and got my car done quicker than they anticipated. In addition, I was able to use a loaner vehicle while they did my repairs. Both experiences they went above and beyond my expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I needed the front end of my restoration car straightened to line up the doors, hood, and fenders. After their adjustment the car looks fantastic. Great work. Fast in and fast out, and reasonably priced. Great bunch of people!
Brought my truck in to rotate tires from front to back. It’s a 3500 duelly So instead of taking tires from rim and swapping them around. They tried to switch the back rims to the front and front to back. The inside of the rims are not polished, but they tried to charge me for taking them off the rims. I would not go back to these guys again.
Great staff and great experience! Had a small repair performed on my vehicle. It was completed in a timely manner and the pricing was honest, fair, and matched the estimate I received. The loaner vehicle I was given for the week was clean and in good condition. Also was pleasantly surprised to find that my car had been thoroughly cleaned outside and in when I came to pick it up! Would highly recommend Complete Auto Body to anyone :)

DON'T EVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I'm so not kidding. I had a warranty on my car so i took it to this other place and that got was a total douche. So I called here and they took me in, even though it wasn't their usual type of problem (hard top convertible) and were totally nice to me.
THEN they shopped the whole country to find a used piece for me so that it wouldn't cost me a kidney and even took it to the dealer to get it reprogrammed so i didn't have to.
THEN after all that, even though the bill was jaw droppingly low, they STILL took the warranty information so they could get paid from them.
I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT!!
No one else will ever touch my cars again. ❤❤❤❤
Great people, great service! I've got three vans and a pickup truck and bring them all to Complete. They're always upfront and honest about any work to be done and if it can wait they'll let me know. I love Marv working on my vehicles! They've got a great team of experienced people. I highly recommend them to everyone.
We took our RAV4 in for some exhaust work. They called us with an estimate and we told them to proceed with the work. They called later that day (very fast turn around) that it was done. When we went to pay the bill, they charged us less than their estimate. They said that it took the technician less time than they estimated, so they reduced the bill. We will be taking our vehicles there for service in the future for quality service at a fair price!
