Josh was extremely helpful and personable. I was only sent half of my parts and he quickly refunded me half my money back as requested. Good guy to have working the phone. Would do business with again.

I found a mirror here for a 20 year old GMC and not only did it fit correctly it was in almost perfect condition-If you want " real parts " for your older Vehicle - these guys are a great place to find them!

Bought a used motor from them. I verified that they tested the motor before purchase. We are extremely busy with family sports so missed the 30 day window for returns but figured we would trust their word on the motor being in working condition. We finally found time to get ready to install it and there’s a busted valve in the head. (No way it busted in transporting to our house.) So we were going to replace the head go to do that today and the bottom end has a broken piston rod. The #1 rod doesn’t move. Make sure if you buy something from them to look over it with the 30 days don’t take their word that they tested it.

Excellent salvage yard, great service from the front office and out to the yard, (Shawn and Brandon). Fast, friendly and helpful. They had just what I was looking for and the prices are exceptionally good. Highly recommended.

Did not follow written directions. Destroyed the assembly I had requested. When asked they gave me some but not all of the missing parts (because the other parts were likely thrown away.) Instead of being ready to put on, I now have a dozen hours of prep, having to order replacement pieces that should not have had to been touched, and the electrical is messed up by the tech who took it apart. Initially I dealt with the owner on web, email, and phone and was very explicit not to disassemble- he told me they charge more, I said it was worth it to be ready to hang. I didn’t need all of the parts but not having to troubleshoot the electronics and having paint matching was well worth it to me. They still stripped it down to just a skin.

It's kept up and there's a good number of staff working here. I've brought my aluminum cans here. They were friendly and decently fast. If I needed anything I would stop here first versus the one in East Green Bay which I've heard negative stories about.

After talking with the sales rep, i will go buy my parts else where and recommend all my friends and family to not go there. The rep was not very friendly. She was straight to point in an annoyed tone in her voice. I've been a customer service manager for more than 10+ years and that was horrible service. I don't care if they have the parts or not or even the best peice by a mile. I would rather travel further and spend more than talk to someone again who sound like they dont even want to be bothered.

I dealt with Josh Novak on a part over the phone. Josh did exactly what he said he would do sent me photos of the part as I asked. Josh is a class act. Easy to talk to easy to work with. FIVE STARS!!!!! Top Drawer service and parts! Online/Email My experience could not have been better! My contact was Josh Novak ( if I got this wrong please forgive me). All my questions, all my concerns where answered VERY quickly. Unbelievably quick shipment! My first email inquiry was answered Monday, the part is in my possession 10:48 A.M. Friday morning! I ordered/asked for a replacement factory sub-woofer, factory amplifier and the accompanying wiring. All where well packed/padded. Hi I received a rear taillight for my 93 grand Prix today it arrived 2days early and was packaged just fine and secure and just in time as my cars inspection is nearing and the timing is perfect! and so is this light and it looks great!! no scratches no broken studs or cracks it was a little dusted and dirty but after a cleaning and a little TLC it looks new!! I'm glad and very happy with my purchase as I was having difficulty finding one locally that wasn't damaged or faded or would leak water. I will be keeping my eye open for more grand prix parts..

I got a bumper assembly, hood and grill for my 2015 Ford Edge. I was very impressed with their honesty, response time, and execution. They called to inform me of minor dings and took appropriate action to remedy the situation. They took all the parts out and shipped it out of state for me and received it a day and half later.when it arrived it was neatly wrapped on a pallet. Kristine was very professional and helpful. They will be getting my business if I need anything else. Great work!

I dealt with Norb's over Ebay and have literally never experienced such good customer service. They went above and beyond to fix some of the small issues that came up with my auto parts. Norbs, thank you. You all are the best. In response to the negative reviews, those people don't understand simple realities of business. Great experience and I will be back in the future.

Excellent. I have been to the yard three times over the last year for late model Dodge Charger parts. Their selection of late model vehicles is unmatched anywhere in Wisconsin. They are a professional crew and very busy, so don't go there expecting to price haggle for a half hour over a shifter knob. They simply don't have the time. They will escort you out to the yard and your vehicle of choice, and the yard guys will get your parts out for you. Every time has been a good experience for me.

OK customer service when engine was purchased. But got a bad engine, and HORRIBLE customer service after we call and asked what we could do to resolve! This company states it has a 90 day warranty. They didn't even do a compression test on the engine they sold us, which had low compression 150 and spec is minimum 180!! They argued with me on the phone that 150 is more than enough compression, But manufacturer spec is 180 minimum so 150 means there is an issue with the engine! Would never shop at this yard again after the customer service when having an issue with the engine they sold us. BE CAREUL BUYERS BEWARE! Still waiting on response as to what they are gonna do, but not willing to help at all on initial phone calls (2 calls) Any reputable salvage yard should do at least a compression test on their engines they are selling to customers!! just because it runs good at idle and revs up ok doesn't mean the engine is healthy! which is the case on the engine we were sold! has bad head gasket! Wouldn't recommend buying engine from a place that doesn't do the very easy check of checking compression. Had i known this from the start, I would have bought elsewhere!! Hope to have money refunded but that doesn't cover the labor cost of installing the engine. So well have to either repair this motor, or buy another used one and pay labor again! Highly disappointed on the customer service!! some 90 day warranty!! again BUYERS BEWARE!

Great customer service! Everyone is so friendly and willing to help! One of the cleanest yards I've been to! They always find parts for me and are there when I need them! They keep the atmosphere light, clean, and friendly! The dogs are very fun as well! I would recommend Norb's to everyone!

I was in there for a luggage rack for my van. They pulled it for me and when I got there to pick it up the rack was not an exact fit. They went above and beyond to find me another one in the yard. Although they were not able to find one, during that time, I realized I could make the one they pulled work with a few modifications. I asked for a modification on the price since I would have to retro the not exact fit rack and they worked with me on the price. Great people to work with, highly recommended!

They have everything thing I need to get the parts for my car. The workers are willing to hold the parts you order and it is better to get there fast before they could sell to someone. Be care the part maybe not quality. My glass have tons of spot and couldn’t wash away.

I found Norbs via EBay and the tailgate couldn't have worked out any better for an older Dodge Truck. The shipping was careful and packing was professional. Communication via email was A plus. This company was a pleasure to do business with.

Poor Business Practices I discourage anyone looking to do business with Norb's Salvage. After agreeing on a price for an item, arranging a time/ date for pickup, before I left to make the 8 hour trip I called to confirm the size of the item only to be told they already sold it. No call, No email, only "Sorry". I have emails that state the price, terms of shipping, and packaging , and agreeing to a sale. Very poor business practice. I will not recommend doing any business there, ever.

So I came all the from Chicago to buy parts for my 2006 Toyota Tundra. I got there barely at closing... and I was still attended to. The staff was AMAZING. Don't get me started with Josh, he is really a cool guy. 4th generational business and they are running it well. CALL NORB'S Auto Salvage next time you think of buying parts.
