Most definitely in Barron county's back pocket. Probably the only way he gets business. Good for you tho! No tow company I have ever delt with doesn't let someone get their personal belongings out of a vehicle. Then has 3 squads sitting there when we finally get the original owner(not the person we purchased the truck from who promised us a title). And he takes them all anyways. Don't you think we needed those tools to work? Ya know that honest living thing. If I could have given you a zero I would have. Most definitely worst experience ever with a tow company.
Trent was wonderful! Really great and friendly guy, very flexible with hours and dancing around all the insurance stuff. Absolutely recommend if you need any towing services in the area!
our truck wouldn’t start and we called Trent on a sunday at 830am and he was quick to respond and come help when it was -17 degrees. A stressful disaster turned into a minor delay thanks to his customer service. We have his number saved in our phone for the next time we need help.

Very friendly and very fast communication. Had a truck that needed to see the doctor after it suddenly wanted to stop running and blow white smoke. Called AAA and they called right away and were on their way to come tow the truck to eau Claire. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a quick tow with very polite people! Thank you again.
Could not have had a better experience with Trent's. My husband and four children were traveling an area unknown to them and hit a deer at 50MPH. The car was totaled and undrivable. A couple that stopped to help contacted Trent's and they were there before the shock even wore off for my husband. They treated my entire family amazingly; even called for another car to safely bring my family to town to wait for me to drive 1.5 hours to pick them up rather than on the side of the road. Five stars doesn't even begin to thank Trent's!
Fast, kind, and skilled. Everything you want and need in a towing service. My 08 F150 sheared all the lug bolts clean off as I exited the hwy. I called, and they answered and brought the truck to a local shop for repairs. Very impressed and happy with my experience. Will use it again if I have to.
My 2023 vehicle's engine decided to die a horribly loud death 100 miles from home. I honestly was prepared to wait half the day for someone to pick up my poor car, but Trent was there within an hour. He took care when loading and unloading my vehicle from the flatbed and was kind enough to stop at a gas station as I drank way too much water for a 100+ mile drive. Would definitely recommend if you are in his service area.
Trent runs a tight ship! Great new truck. I am from the twin cities and was stuck in the middle of nowhere, Trent showed up in less than an hour and took my car 104 miles to the dealership. Great company. Highly recommend

Was prompt, accurate with his arrival time. Inspected the situation, gave a report on what he was going to do and did it well. Very professional. If I ever need a tow again and in the area he would be my first call. Could not be more satisfied with the service.
I have used Trent's Towing a couple times. Both times he has rescued me and helped me out immensely. Trent's Towing has very competitive rates for towing and he definitely exceeded my expectations both times that I have called for him.
We picked up a very large chunk of metal in our tire just past Louie’s meats in Cumberland. We immediately had a flat. It was clearly beyond repair. We called Trent’s Towing and he arrived so quickly. He took us to Cumberland Tire and in under 2 hours, we luckily had a brand new tire and were back on the road. Trent even waited around to make sure we didn’t need to go somewhere else. We just couldn’t have asked for better care. He was a great
spokesperson for Cumberland.
