Wonderful experience with S&R Towing. I was in need and they answered, Christine was very helpful and kind when she answered my call. They came quickly and Jason was friendly and knowledgeable. Will keep doing business with them and highly recommend them to everyone I need.

The entire staff that works here are amazing. My truck hit a deer early in the AM and they were quick to the scene, helped me with getting a new truck and even helped me reload my truck so I can complete my load. Super nice people. Would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Austin was very professional and kind. I broke down 3 hours away from home and he got me out of there.

I gave them a run for their money....Had a skoolie sitting (for 5 years) in a difficult spot for any wrecker to get into on residential property. The wheels were sunk into the ground, the thing didn't want to budge. They were very cautious and careful of my property and the bus, and after working really hard to get to the bus, they were able to get it cleared and hauled off on time and got it safely to the mechanic for me. Julie and Austin were fantastic, and I couldn't recommend these guys strongly enough. On top of that, their rates were reasonable and Christine was amazing at making sure I was aware of all things going on. Amazing crew!

I was over 600 miles from home when my truck broke down, and the experience with S&R Towing was outstanding from start to finish. Christina, the dispatcher, was incredibly helpful and communicative, keeping me updated and easing my concerns from the first call. Austin, the tow operator, went above and beyond—he was kind, understanding, and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. He even pointed us to some local places to grab food while we waited in town. In a stressful situation, S&R Towing and their team made all the difference. Highly recommended!

My big truck broke down on US 53 due to a coolant leak. In less than 40 mins, Peter and Julie were at the scene assessing the problem. They had been assigned to tow the unit to Freightliner, but they believed they could fix the problem instead of saddling my company with the larger expense of a tow. The guy who helped me, Ryan Betley, was super nice and helpful. I needed help with my kingpin plate locking in -10 weather, and he showed me so I could do it myself next time. He also arrived way sooner than the ETA I was given. Really happy with the professionalism and kind service I received. Thanks again, Ryan.

S&R was fantastic to work with. It was super early in the morning and they were extremely quick to make sure a tow truck was sent out right away. We had to be towed very far and they were extremely accommodating to take us all the way home. Peter, our driver, was wonderful to get to know, polite and very friendly on our long drive home. We would recommend them anytime!

I went for an oil change today and they didn't screw the oil guard all the way back up, only half was screwed in so it was dragging when I got on the highway. Tom saved me as an act of kindness and being a good Samaritan! He was really helpful in removing the other two screws and putting it in my trunk for me. I really appreciate the help. Fantastic service! They helped coordinate the moving of our antique (1976) car from a storage garage in Western MN to middle Wisconsin. They follow our directions as to access to garage, to loading the car without our being on location. We were at the delivery end. They kept in touch during the process, which was great piece of mind. They used one of their brand new flatbed trucks. They are responsible, careful, and very helpful from office help to the driver. All have great personalities, and very knowledgeable information. Thank you all for the professional service.

These are the people to call hands down!… We were stranded with a surprise fuel leak, and everyone else said no and sorry because we had a truck with an in-bed camper and no urgency or care whatsoever. These guys put us first and were completely fantastic!!! I certainly don't want to need to use them again, but I wouldn't hesitate for a second and neither should you! Thank you so much!!

Jason Melton....on time very courteous offered additional advice for father in laws vehicle. These are the only guys we call for our towing needs don't second guess yourself just let these guys do there thing and you know your in good hands

Hi- my name is ChiAnne Brunberg. Amazing service!!! I got done with work and had car problems. I had it towed to Bloomer from Cameron and I even got a ride with the driver. His name was Peter Auchampach. It was 7pm when I called and I was in Bloomer by 8. Excellent fast service!!!

My husband and I broke down on a Saturday on our way to a sporting event for our son. We were over an hour from home and about 40 min from the destination. We called several places and either no one answered or their vm box was full. S&R towing answered right away and set up a tow immediately. They were also willing to tow back to our mechanic that was 45 miles away and was very very reasonable (especially with it being a weekend and the long distance). Thankfully we were able to get our car started and was able to drive it home. I called right away to cancel the tow and he was very kind and understanding! He wished us luck and let us know he was there if we needed anything. I would 1000% recommend S&R towing! Truly

Jason was prompt and professional! Car problems are stressful but we didn't need to worry once we called S&R Towing. We would definitely call again for services.

Pretty good place. After a snow storm I got stuck half on the road, so I had to move my vehicle ASAP. It was 3 am and this place was the first to pick up out of the 7 places I called that said open 24/7. They got here quick and got me out quick.

Long story but these guys saved our butts! Went out of their way to help. I think they felt bad for our situation and they generously gave us a free tire. True Wisconsin boys. I’m in their debt. Tanner was a great guy. I’d give them business any day

Peter (driver) asked great questions up front and knew quite well what he was doing; he communicated, was on-time, and went above and beyond to retrieve a 10x12 shed from a difficult position to get it loaded and moved to a new site. Very pleased and impressed with the knowledge and professionalism from S&R. I would highly recommend their services.

Worst towing truck business I have ever seen. I would not even give this business a 1 star. "Ben" was extremely disrespectful about payments and pricing details. He was not informational at all had to keep asking about payments and the process... sad for a company to do that. All i wanted was information and he was not willing to talk about it. I asked to speak to the owener which I know very well and he wouldn't let me contact him or he wouldn't call him.

Last Sunday morning my boat trailer wheel broke (3 of 5 lug studs sheered off) when I got to Bloomer and it was undriveable. Peter was available even though it was early Sunday morning and towed my boat and trailer and fixed it that day. This saved our entire vacation and the cost for the tow and repair was very reasonable.

Had a great experience with Ben from S&R. We broke down on the highway with our Sprinter van. After many phone calls to repair shops and tow companies, got ahold of S&R. Ben helped us find a nearby Sprinter mechanic after making phone calls himself. Great service and awesome experience.

The folks at S and R towing are very community focused people. They have allowed us to use their facility for several years to distribute product for a fundraiser. They definately went out of their way to help us unload the semis and also to give us space. I will definitely recommend them to any one that needs a towing service.
