Way better service at this one than other locations in my experiences.

Employees are very helpful. However when someone asks what kind of warranty this has they should say a limited warranty and never say the word “lifetime” because the $250.00 alternator I bought more than two years ago is no longer covered. Please understand they have nothing with a lifetime warranty.

Always a good experience here. Great service and store is well stocked. If they don't have something in stock, they can usually get it pretty quick.

Found what I needed great bunch folks they are mostly a younger crew so have some patience nobody starts out knowing everything

They do ok just a lot of young workers if it wasn’t for a computer telling them what is what they would have no clue on what you’re talking about

I say they are pretty good , we go there to get a lot of stuff for our vehicles

Worst place ever! None of the workers can get what your needing right! It's like this everytime I call or go over to get parts or tools! And this is why they have lost my business for good!

Always have to make two trips because most of the time they give you the wrong part.

Non of the workers know how to work on vehicles of even know what they have in the store they give me the wrong size on things & don't know anything about what is in the store frfr.Homie

I see these people helping others outside all the time, yet refused to help me during an emergency situation and I'm a female in a dress...it's a hundred degrees and have to help myself..a couple workers have always been friendly before and helped me out but neither were there when I really needed it....the big guy is always rude, never has a nice word and acts like it's an inconvenience to ask him a question...he stays leaned in the counter and on the phone most of the time anyways, so it's rare that u can get to ask him a question...I have lots of car troubles, that's just my luck so I am a frequent shopper at this place...to jot help me out today when I really needed help was very upsetting...the other guys have always asked if I needed help..this time I asked for help and it was refused...something that would have taken a couple minutes to do but I didn't know how to do...wouldn't even tell me how to do it..figured it out on my own

I wouldn't even give this place a star. There is only one...1 employee that is worth 5 stars. I ordered part 4 times...that's having to reorder it because they never called me to let me know the part was in like they said they would. When I spoke to the last lady she said " there are so many people working here we can't guarantee that everyone gets a call".....EVERYONE SHOULD GET A CALL TWICE IN THAT CASE! Don't tell your customers you will call them when a part comes in if you're not going to.
