The entire crew helped make the best of a trying situation. As we were getting ready to head home after a few fantastic days of riding in the Smokies, our Can-Am Spyder had a mechanical failure. With the assistance of a few of the staff, we were able to get the vehicle jumped, then towed to their Kodak location. They then off loaded into a rental truck so that we could transport it the 7 hours home. Hannah was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process, exactly the kind of person you want to work with when things aren't going as planned. Tyler and the rest of the drivers showed care and detail in all of the transportation processes. Not the end of a holiday that we had planned, but this team definitely helped make it more tolerable.
Waited over 3 hours for the driver to show up. Was told
1 hr away then 23 minutes then 20 minutes and then 23 minutes again and then 8 minutes. Nothing but a bunch of lies. Poor business practices.

This company is ran by some of the most amazing people you could ever find. Tyler and Krysten saved my family just a few nights ago. We were broken down on the side of an interstate, over 5 hours away from home. We had a really long day and I won't detail all of that, but finally thought we had our van running again, got on the interstate and bam, it began to slowly die on us. We coasted it as far as we could, but was about 1 mile short of a rest stop. It was late at night, completely dark, and the big trucks and cars were flying by us. My kids were scared and if being honest so was I. We decided to walk down the road in the dark to make it to the rest stop at least. Tyler talked to my husband on the phone and when he found out the day we had all ready had, and that we were stuck and had our kids and suitcases too, and found out we had no idea where to even go, how to even get there...he said...don't worry about, were going to take care of you. And he did. Tyler and Krysten showed up with two wreckers, and got all four of us safely to a hotel and got our van towed to a nearby mechanic. They were both very friendly and made sure once we got to the hotel that we had thought to get our major things back out of the van, and Tyler told my husband that if we needed anything else, or a ride tomorrow, to call him. The next morning, we struggled to find a car to rent and when we finally found one, it was miles away at an airport, and we talked to them again and Jacobe showed up in a van and gave us a ride all the way to the airport so that we could get a vehicle and get back home in Ohio. He was so very friendly and nice and it's just hard to put into words how good all three of these people were to us. When they say they are going to take care of you, they mean it, and you can tell they genuinely cared about our safety. They far exceeded any towing service I have ever had in my life, they didn't just tow our van for us, they made sure my family was safe and that means more anything to me. I will forever be thankful to them.
Thank you to Kendal from Hanover for diagnosing the problem with the lug nuts on my flat tire. Another service company couldn't get them off to change my flat tire. I called for a tow truck thinking that was my only option at the time. But Kendal said the chrome caps on the lug nuts were stripped and wouldn't allow them to be removed. He used a screwdriver and hammer to remove three of the caps that were stripped and was able to easily remove the lug nuts after that. He put on the spare tire and we didn't have to be towed. Thank you so much to Kendal and Hanover. We were in Gatlinburg, TN and were able to get back on the road to Nashville because of his knowledge and skills.

Tyler Blankenship is a young man I watch grow up from a child into a god fearing man of god of whom I’m extremely proud of . Me and my family recently visited pigeon forge tn on our way back to wv we broke down we contacted this young man he has 2 business one in Hanover wv one in tn we call him up and to say they least he went above and beyond to help this Hanover wv old friend on our way back to his place in tn we had a long conversation about the lord I was over whelmed with the news he had surrender his life to the lord . On vacation to Tennessee for the first time in my 44 years. These guys were courteous, friendly, and knew how to get me unstuck from the slanted rock ditch that I somehow slid into. He jokingly said, “maybe he can do this again sometime.” I laughed but was like please no!
Had a care breakdown within a couple of miles from the house. Tyler's shop was only 5 minutes away. Went to shop and talked to Tyler about what I needed. 2 calls ahead of me and that got to me pretty quick. Picked the vehicle up no problem and took it to my house. The driver Marty was very professional and nice to converse with. Wouldn't hesitate to was this company again.
This man showed up I gave him wrong color of the car and he sat and waited for us to show up and point out the right car..ce to find out husband slightly color blind. didn't complain didn't charge extra and he gave me very very reasonable price you can bet if I used his service it was affordable polite right to the job

My car broke down in the middle of the parkway. I'm from North Carolina so i had no idea where I was or what was wrong with my car. Marty was such an uplifting person and really calmed my spirits. He towed my large SUV to the top of a mountain and reassured me the entire time. I could not recommend them enough!

I called to have them come from Hanover to cyclone to pull a van out of the grass. He came and done his job and got him back on the pavement. Thats not what this is for, It took him 10 min to wench the van out and it was a 50 mile round trip but they charged me $877. He didn't have to tow it just had to pull out of the grass. I would understand $400 but $877 is very unreasonable. I will not be going back to them again. I put a pic of the van of how it was stuck

Was passing thru from out of town on Father's Day Sunday. Had a blowout and one of my lug nuts would not come off. Found them by Google and called to have it towed.The young man tried to get it off when he arrived to save us a tow bill but ended up needing to take it in. The owner came out and introduced himself and talked to us while we waited. They changed our tire and noticed some of the other lug nuts may have the issue we had with the bad one and replaced those with some new ones we already had from our lock set. They never charged us any additional fees other than the original tow charge for any of the labor involved in changing the tire and the lug nuts. Wish I was closer to use them for other vehicle maintenance service. Excellent service !!!

You know sometimes accidents happen but the last thing u want is to add to the problem with more problems. My experience with Hanover wrecker service was great they are professional and certified in towing and recovery they were very polite and respectful. And they didn’t add to the problems that I was already having they made it seem like they were actually there to help instead of just to make money off my mistakes so thank you Hanover I give you a five star rating
