I had a sedan that would not start which I sold to a friend. I contacted Team Towing about moving it from my house to theirs, a distance of eight miles within Parkersburg. The quoted price was half of what I expected to pay. I arranged a tow pickup time that would work for everyone's schedules. Scheduling is inherently challenging in the towing business because most people can't predict when their vehicle will need a tow. Ryan said he would shoot for our scheduled time and he would call me if he would be late because of finishing another job. When the scheduled pickup time came, Ryan called to let me know he was finishing another job. He arrived a few minutes later and was very polite and capable in his work. With the sedan securely loaded, he drove it to my friend's house while I followed in a separate vehicle. The delivery went smoothly. The final price for the tow was just as quoted, half of what I originally expected to pay. I was very impressed by the capable, efficient, and cost effective service provided by Ryan at Team Towing.
