I WISH I could give this place 0 stars. Just wow!!! 2 weeks ago we ordered SILVER door handles then we go in to pick them up and somehow we end up with black ones?? We took them because I wasn’t able to open my drivers door. However I went back to get ones that do match and I told him im willing to wait. He cussed me saying my boyfriend sent me in there to deal with his problems (the car is mine so it’s my problem too thanks) then he said im a waste of his time and slammed his clip board by the computer when someone called. I gave them $100 for the wrong parts they gave us & I told him when I walked in I didn’t want a refund I just wanted to get a order in or a note in to call me when they do have silver. He then yelled and flipped out that black is what I ordered and grabbed my receipt after I said “I don’t need a refund” he replied “YEAH ITS ON THE RECEIPT” and slammed it on the counter and circled the “NOT RETURNS” so hard it ripped the receipt. I’m a 24 year old women looking for some help. This man is old and just extremely disrespectful. He acted so hateful I could tell it’s his normal you don’t just wake up in the morning and treat people like that because you had a bad day. He’s seriously just a jerk. I feel extremely bad for his coworkers I couldn’t stop thinking about the crap they have to deal with. I don’t pray but I said a prayer for him because there’s no way he’s not going through something.
Mike was fast, efficient, and gave me a great price.!! This is a great place to get rims for cars like mine. Mike works hard, be nice and make him smile. And , btw Shorty put my tire on within a few minutes.
Terrible customer service this guy shouldn't be dealing with the public. I understand everybody has bad days but this guy is a complete jerk and has been every time I've walked through the door
Ya'll should be ashamed of the way you treat and talk to people. I'm surprised you have any customers. If I'm coming to you ( I was warned not to) I need something asap, not to be on your "list" for a few days out. So disrespectful. Not that you care anyway, but acting like you are annoyed that someone came in to your facility, and sooooo backed up. Maybe you should go back to letting people get their own parts, hire more help, better yet, do better as a person.
They gave me the wrong part, then continue to lie and say I asked for it when I had multiple witnesses of the conversation. Then wanted a 20% restock fee for they're mistake.
Don't order parts!! They order a part and the number didn't match and they said it would work. It didn't and even the dealer said number had to match. He ordered another one, the same number that didn't match, said he couldn't return it and we're out $150. This was 4-4-2023
If I could give this place no stars it would still be too many. I’m a female he’s an old man who is very dismissive and disrespectful. I will never go back. Rude is an understatement. Ladies unless you want someone to treat you like you’re less than don’t frequent this establishment!!!!
UPDATE: The owner called me and left a voicemail to call him back if I was man enough. I called him back and he cursed at me saying I was a lier. Called my mom a horrible name. Said I never worked a hard day in my life and didn’t know what hard work was. Said I could come down there and settle it like a man. Just horrible language and a lot of yelling and harassment for leaving an honest review that made them look bad. Then cussed me one more time and hung up on me. First off the staff was very rude on the phone. They argued with me that the wiring harness I needed didn’t unplug which I knew from experience did. Told me it wasn’t that way on their vehicle. Well I get a call later that day with them admitting I was correct. Well I informed them that I would be coming on my only day off they are open since they are not open on weekends. I was told they wouldn’t pull it till I bought it. I paid for it and have no where to really wait since I live about 45 minutes away. It took them 3 hours to pull a part that should take only 10 mins top.
Very rude and short with customers. They make it a point to let you know through their demeanour/attitude that you are an inconvenience to them. The several times I had dealings with this place, (only because there was NO WHERE else locally to go.) they gave me the wrong part and then blamed ME for their lack of attention when pulling/ordering the part. If you can go ANWHERE else to get your needs met, save yourself the trouble and aggravation by avoiding these rude and incompetent people.

Eddie himself and everybody at the counter there always more than willing to help and they do a great job 95% of the time they have what I need stack City for working so hard to keep everybody on the road
Doesn't actually deserve even 1 star. Unprofessional and incompetent employees as well as the quality of their work. Ignorant of any customer service skills.
Anyone giving them a positive review, I can assure you, is basing it on some other "service" not related to the auto business.
Would not recommend and will spread the word as such.
Well I give them a 5 star rating. Mike the owner and Josh the wonderful mechanic saved me over $200 on a repair that could have costed probably well over $400. Most definitely send him more business. I tell everyone to go there
Very very rude and unprofessional. When I asked when I should call back to check on repair work on my car , Mike told me “ don’t call me a hundred times.” Car sat there a day then we called the next day and was told they don’t work on a/c so your car is at Pete & Libby’s ! They just took my car to another body shop without asking us. We had no choice but to pay this other expensive repair shop to get our car back. I think this was almost illegal. Never again. Jerks!!!
Love Eddies!Always has the part We need or knows where the cheapest one would be if it hasto be new.Great staff!A bit hard to reach by phone.But that's understandable because of the success this salvage yard has proven its self of.Stop by and grab your used parts.Why call?
Needed manifold stud but at cost of at least $50 just to get 1 stud they are crazy order new at way less and all 6 studs at that for $18 from dealership. Waste time n complete rip off.
If you need a tow go elsewhere. They obviously dropped my truck on the edge of the rollback. My rear end locked up but my drive shaft was not bent and this is a very obvious straight across hard dent where it hit on the bed of the rollback. Mike seems to think that this is impossible but it wasn't bent like this before and it is very obviously fresh. But after calling me dumb and stupid several times he said I could bring it in for him to look at, my truck doesn't drive. He won't come look at it. I could very easily take a picture and you could see the damage but he'd rather the impossible. He screamed and cussed me and was terrible to deal with.
I wouldn't even give them one quarter of a star.... They are completely unprofessional and digusting. They NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. If anyone knows how please let me know. The complete and total lack of interest in their own job and that they think their scam is so smart is a joke. I have never in my life been so furious about someone with less intelligence than a flea but damn.... This tops the cake.
Completely rude and unprofessional employees. Rudest you can find in the state of WV, maybe even the whole country. Very unfriendly and unwilling to help. They act like its very inconvenient and a pain for them to get you the parts you wanted. I have seen and known about these guys for 15 years. Every time has been a very unsatisfying visit with the rudeness of the employess. Mainly a guy named Mike, who will sell you the wrong part, and swear its the right one, then refuse to take it back or exchange it for another one. Not to mentio prices for junkyard parts are on par or sometimes more expensive than brand new. If you can go anywere else to get your parts I highly recommend it. It's not worth the hassle and fight with these people.
Not even a star. Very rude, he stated "I wouldn't even drive out there to pick it up." That was the jist of it, he was in a hurry to get off the phone anyway. It's 99 Buick Century Custom has a bent cam shaft everything else works. Called back and asked how much a transmission would be for it they said $350 with core exchange. Don't do business here.
They told me they were giving me an '05 shifter, turned out to be an '03 and they wouldn't make it right. If you like being ripped off, please continue to do business here!
