Same thing happened to me and my friend for a caliper bolt called there Friday yeah we have 3 in stock, drive half hour to get there nope don't have it stock so ok ordered it be in 1st thing Saturday morning get there at 10 am nope be after 1pm now go back and guess what wrong bolts said be there today wrong again noon tomorrow, I don't see how they still in business I'll be going somewhere else probably down the road from now on
Called to see if they had the fuel pump I needed. They said they had it in stock. Hours later I get there just for them to say that they had to order it. Why tell someone that you have it in stock & then not have it?? It has happened several times at this location!! I'll not be going or calling there anymore!!
They unfortunately did not have what I needed and it was a Sunday so there wasn't another place to go, but nonetheless the staff were helpful, polite, and personable.
I can't speak for the whole store there's a couple people I'd rather not deal with in there Adrian is the man if it wasn't for that man there they wouldn't even have my business and I also got to say Tim too he's another guy that will go out Beyond his way rest the only to pay attention learn from your fellow employees if you're feeling so hurt I'm sorry but evidently I don't care to hurt mine when I come in there and y'all ignore me or don't want to scan my drop off for UPS or tell me you don't but I know you do well yeah I see you Adrian's back there and Commercial part I call and deal with him only cuz the 80% up there don't know what the hell they're doing to begin with there's one special lady up there just rude and hateful with everybody and don't want to do s***
This place is not very good at checking out your vehicle the best service I have had here is only from a friend the employee's here are not very nice or helpful. I haven't had a horrible experience nor a great one two stars.
