My daughter being a preteen has been wanting to do things herself so I allowed my girls to go in for our ice cream order while we visit. Due to them rushing apparently they thought it was appropriate to say "ur mother should have just came in". Luckily I don't have a disability preventing me but what if I did? The attitude the past 2 years we have came to this store is unacceptable for the amount we pay. My girls both felt bad and they shouldn't cause someone else is unhappy with their jobs. 4 swirl cones and 2 shakes $32 (sent wrong card in they got irritated bout this too but we did graciously pay with the correct card not a huge deal).
This is an awesome store. It has everything from tools to food to clothes. Something for everyone including the camping essentials! And of course FISHING!! :D
I was very dissatisfied because worker there with short curlyish hair and glasses was rude and disrespectful and talks about customers when they walk out. I hope this gets taken care of because that store was where my family and i done alot of buissness until this is addressed they have lost my business.. that place use to be warming and welcoming now idk
What a fantastic general store and restaurant! My wife and i stopped here for a break while riding through west VA . Great sausage biscuits. Lots of charm and everything you need!
Adorable store. We bought ice and snacks while tent camping at Holly River State Park 27 June 2024. We were in town for the West Virginia Bigfoot Festival.
We stayed at Holley River State Park for a long weekend and ended up visiting the store several times. It seemed like they had 1 of everything ever made.
We didn't eat at the store deli, but the park staff said the food and ice cream were really good.
Stayed in a cabin that was very clean and relaxing . The folks at the store was very helpful and nice . They have everything you need in case you may have forgotten to pack an item .
Great little general store type setting. They carry a vast array of items from grocery to home repair. The kitchen has made to order meals that are home cooked and very tasty. We will definitely return.
What a find. They have everything you need. They are in process of building a new building and it's going to be even better for where they are at.
Very friendly staff. We stayed in Sonnyville camp and Sonny didn't disappoint what a beautiful place (privately owned!)
This is in the middle of no where but it is perfect to find gas, food, and amenities!

Unique. Has a little bit of everything. Food, household items, and crafts. Employees are super friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Shelves were stocked a with lots of options.

We have been coming here for several years. The people are super friendly. You can get your propane tank filled here cheaper than trading it in. Look around because they have a lot of unique items. If you need a part for your camper look here before you make a long trip. Oh and make sure you try the ice cream in a homemade waffle cone, they are scrumptious.
A great place to stop and grab essentials when youre so far away from anywhere else...the staff is so nice and helpful and the little gift shop or boutique they have is always filled with nice and affordable reminders to take home with you if you are visiting...always a pleasure and they have some amazing pizza here...they dont deliver....but if you know the area you understand...lol
