WORST customer service I’ve ever received at an auto parts store. I tried multiple times to order a battery online and have it picked up just to have the order cancelled. When I attempted to pay over the phone which I have done multiple times the salesperson told me no. I will NEVER shop at advanced again.

Gotten the wrong part quite a few times now. As a mechanic, I can not afford to make multiple trips to the part store.

Got a new car battery and they install it free. Great service.

I think they need to come down on the price has a little bit for us people that struggle everyday to make ends meet

Ordered parts for my BMW was to have them shipped to my house one was sent to the store and was charged 6 bucks shipping for a 4 dollar gasket

Come get what you need to fix your car and get good service to boot love shopping at advance auto parts.

Excellent staff and customer service, but like every other advance, they are often ether out of stock on what I need, or they just don't carry the parts for the vehicle I'm working on. If your car was made before 2006 hold your breath.

Service was good did not have spark plugs or wires I needed

They sold me the wrong part and just because my husband tried to put it on our car they would not take it back! So rediculus if u ask me! If it was they're fault them they shouldn't refund the money!

Good selection in stock but service was very slow

Online prices are not honored by the brick and mortar store. This is despite the fact that you can order and pay for items online, and pick them up at the store. Some staff is friendly and helpful, some are condescending jerks.
