I’m a local firefighter and recent customer. I have worked along side CG&J towing for years! They are always polite and respectful, hold small town values, and work well with first responders. I totaled my car in an accident the other day and knew I immediately wanted them to tow it. As always Aaron was gracious and understanding. Thank yall for your help. I've never seen a tow company so damn fast these gentlemen bust their butts and it shows with early arrival times, great customer service and are willing to talk and work with you like a human being. One things for sure you can tell this is a family owned and operated outfit by the way each family member plays their roll and do it great. That's why they get my vehicles every time cause this company is the only one to REQUEST!!! Look forward to future business and hopefully this helps even one person make their mind up about your all's expertise and decide to call because there's not a chance of disappointment unlike the competition they have ive herd nothing but horror stories about them all so see for yourself. After our rental car broke down and Enterprise left us sitting for 6 hours, CG&J came to our rescue despite Enterprise sending them to the wrong address. Our driver was fast and friendly and kind enough to give us a ride to the next town over to ensure we made it to a location where we could get another car. I would definitely highly recommend using them.
My truck's rear end left road after hitting some ice. They gave me an estimated time of arrival, and called me with an update when they were on their way. Took a lot of care not to scratch my paint as they were getting me back on the driveway. I appreciate good service.
