Perfect place for used parts!! He jumped through hoops to get me the parts I needed! I will be going back for sure and would recommend him to anyone that’s looking for good used truck parts!!
A little off the beaten path, but worth the trip. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Seemed to have a good inventory of quality parts. Gave me a fair price on the parts I needed, brought them right to my vehicle, and helped me load them up.
I bought a used car from these guys. Chris was very accommodating. He held the car for a couple of day without a deposit until I could get there. He was upfront about it and told me what he knew about it. He offered to put it up on a lift for me to inspect the underside and even rotated the tires for me to see if an issue was a bad tire.
Bought a transfer case from them, have them the part number off mine, they had one they said would work, paid cash for it, got it back to the shop it did not fit. Took it back to return it, the owner was not in they said they refunded me back the money to my cc, weeks went by never got the money, called multiple times they kept saying they were mailing me a check. Almost 3 months later I still have not gotten my $1000 refund. Beware of doing business with these people
Sold me a new tailgate that was damaged. Asked for a refund and refused to give me my money back. After a few trips out there he replaced it with a rusty used one with dents. NEVER BUY FROM RASCOS SALVAGE !!!
Unprofessional and slow...never even shipped the part after taking payment, then would not issue refund without even more hassle...stated part is on shelf but overlooked...again, unprofessional!
Sold me a part he swore up and down would work with no problems even though the part number was different, and I asked him before I bought it if it didn't work would he let me bring it back and he said he'd work with me. Called them back right after it didn't work and he told me no take backs too bad sorry about your luck. On a $400 part. I'd skip this place.
Chris was very helpful. He had the parts we needed and let us make sure everything worked at his shop. The prices were good. I highly recommend this yard.
Be very careful dealing with these people and especially doe not order from them and have parts shipped. They will screw you and make promises they will not keep. Owner is never around and not honest !
Purchased a motor from this company two weeks ago. They told me a lot of different days they were going to ship, but never did. I called today a little over two weeks since I purchased. And was told oh yea the motor is locked up we found out 4 days ago and we processed a refund. I was annoyed but I get it things happen, what I don't get is how you don't communicate. You don't call or email, and the refund wasn't processed, because 10 minutes after we get off the phone I get a text from clover saying they just did the refund.
Just not the best customer service or honesty going on here and was disappointed with my experience.
I would definitely do business with them again. I bought a used engine for my Chevrolet Silverado and it was sent to me quickly. When I got ready to start installing it, there was a problem with the engine and I called up Chris and explained what was wrong and he promptly sent me a different engine. I installed it and it runs flawlessly. They really are men of their words and I would recommend anyone who needs good used parts to get them from rasco.
Chris shipped a motor for a 2016 ram 5500 said the truck had been in a front end collision come to find out it was hit so hard it broke the timing cover cracked the cam gear called him up said he put another motor on rush here I am 12 days since the original time of contact to let him know what was going on and still no motor my lift has been tied up for this period of time at this point I’m loosing money and he could care less I don’t recommend buying from this company as they are not very punctual or fair when the problem lies on there end to make things right horrible customer service

I would give a Zero star if possible. I purchased a $1,000 part that the owner said he visually inspected himself and was 100% OK. I paid $150.00 to have the part shipped and after receiving it was obvious the part was not as advertised. It had been taken apart, and reassembled wrong. I contacted the owner and he was unprofessional, but ended up saying to send the part back and he would give me a refund. It cost almost $200 to get the part sent back. Now, after they have accepted the part back, they refuse to give me a refund for the part! They said they have a 30 day return policy. It took almost 2 weeks to get the part from when I ordered it as it came across the country, and almost 2 weeks to get it back! The owner even gave me some shipper recommendations to get it sent back to him. So now he has my $1,000, and the part that we returned! Will not accept phone calls / return calls. At this point we have to retain an attorney to get the matter resolved! This is the worst / most sketchy business I have ever done business with! STAY AWAY!!!!!
