We were in a bind and were helped beyond all expectations, couldn't be more pleased with the service

Went in for windshield wipers & knew my sizes & brand that I wanted but being greeted & asked if I needed assistance when I 1st walked in was a refreshing welcome! (Other places & people have not been very kind towards their customers lately..but I digress 😮‍💨🤪) the young gentleman who greeted me even graciously assisted me in putting them on (been awhile since I had changed wipers on a vehicle 😜) he put 1 on while I watched & then he waited & guided me through putting on the other 1..then it came to the back 1 & WE WERE BOTH BUMFOUNDED!! 😵‍💫🥴😜 (mind you he didn't look them up in the computer because I knew the sizes I needed & grabbed the brand I wanted & he simply rang me up🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️) so after watching a YouTube video & struggling with it for a bit he goes back in & checks to see if there's a specific brand I needed for my car! While waiting on him to do that a very nice customer asked if I wanted him to take a look at it, of course I graciously accepted his offer & after looking at it for a second he got the arm right off! 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤪 The employee brings out the right blade (turns out Ido need a specific brand) & puts it right on for me! I have my young son with me & was kinda dreading going in an automotive store but after my wonderful experience with this advanced auto I have made this "My Store"! 😉😁 Not only was the employee helpful & kind (I like how he was willing to teach me as opposed to just doing it for me💯) but the customer who gave his time to help was a refreshing change to the people I've experienced at other stores lately who have not been as friendly! This was a great experience and was glad my son was with me to see people being kind to others for no reason at all!! 😉😁❤️

Great service, the guys were very helpful and friendly and super patient with me and my simple questions. I was in and out and able to get everything i needed for what I was doing.

Good place but not everyone that works there is a mechanic so don't always listen to their advice without a second opinion

Advanced Auto has always been my go to part store. Fast friendly. They know what you are talking about if the don't have it. They will. They usually have it.

3 stars they prolly have your part but the staff is about as mechanically useful as an elevator in an out house

Guy could get me part took 20 mins other guy finely got part then took another 20 mins to get my change lost customer here sorry I'll go auto zone need get better employies

Have been going here for years. They are very helpful, but you never know who will be there. New faces each time I'm there.

Good place for auto parts and tools. I prefer it to auto zone because you can always find good coupons to use here. Search for a coupon and purchase online. Then you go pick it up at the store. I find coupons from 20 to 30 percent off frequently.

Good place to get parts for your car

I don't know much about cars and I needed a battery, and these guys helped me out. They found the battery I needed, and installed it for me.

This store is a absolute train wreck. They made the same mistake as last time. I ordered a part for my car and ot was delivered overnight. It was the wrong part, even though the part number was correct. Luckily this was just a cap so I didn't waste hours trying to figure it out. When I went to return the part they refused to believe it wouldn't fit until they seen for themselves. This will be my last time in this store. There is a autozone next to it.

Clean, knowledgeable and the one parts lady is easy on the eyes....never had an issue with them

Tammy was amazing! She not only answered all my questions, but gave me great suggestions for my car as well. She done so in a fun way, and made me feel comfortable being a woman in an auto parts store unlike other auto places. Definitely will be back.

Wait was a little long but that's typical. But got what i needed and was on my way. Jim is by far the best he has knowledge of just about anything you want . He knows his parts and does his job well.
