My car broke down this week on our trip to WV for softball. They were so quick to get me towed! And also so friendly and helpful! :) couldn't be more thankful for the experience I had.
Very disappointed. My van was stuck in the middle of a 1 lane road on a patch of ice and I called in to get pulled up maybe 400’ to the main road. This was about 50 minutes from Shady Spring and expected it may cost a little more than normal. They called me back and told me it would be a minimum of $3000 (yes, three thousand dollars) due to supply and demand. Now I was stuck on ice but this was not in the middle of a snow storm and I wasn’t off the road at all and I made sure they knew that. This seems like illegal price gouging to me and needless to say I declined their service. I called Logan’s towing in Hico and had no issues at all. Would definitely not recommend Beverages to anyone as they do not care at all about their customers, only how much money they can make.
Rick from Beverage's picked up my truck on a holiday weekend Sunday. He was courteous, professional, friendly, and their prices are affordable and reasonable. If you're in the area and need a tow, call them. I am overjoyed with the service received. I'd give 6/5 stars if I could.
We got our box truck stuck in some mud. We called Beverages and Rick made it to us in about 10 minutes and got us out. Great customer service, and didn't wait long. If you want a tow company who actually cares and will you get out of pickle Beverages is the place to go!
Very bad situation a few nights ago. Slid off the side of the road, did not have purse or anything on me. Was told they dont take full coverage insurance so they towed it to the lot and impounded it. Husband was upset and spoke to Rick, who claimed he owned the place, definitely plans on charging a huge price. Will continue this after car is picked up. Just I waiting to see how we get treated with the price. I pray I dont have to contact a lawyer. We have towing but insurance said definitely not because of the price but he claimed he didnt take insurance when he pulled us out. Will finish this review tomorrow evening after we pick the car up.
Towed my vehicle completely from my wife rolling it did not ask us where we wanted it towed to while she was still on site I felt like it was a setup just to hit a big Bill when it was close to $500 by the time I got to it I did two hours away from one for two they gave me three different stories about paying I had to pay them the $300 Towing plus give them the title to get my stuff out the car cuz I resell and buy them both the trunk was full of merchandise that was not taking out my wife said the police and fire department did push a lot of it over to the side of the road but he said a lot of it was still in the car too but of course when I got there there was nothing go figure right
My wife, sister in law and I are in town for a race at the New River gorge park. While we were returning from a pre race meeting I caught a gnarly pot hole! Split the sidewall on my tire. Unfortunately my car doesn't have a spare and we needed a lift back to our place. We called a couple other towing companies and wait time was 3 or so hours. Beverages was 35 minutes! When the driver Jeremy arrived we were loaded up and dropped off in under 15 minutes. Jeremy was professional and new his way around the tow truck, my car and the super tight roads. Beverages was an amazing help to our trip. If you need a tow, I would recommend 10 outta 10 times.
After being broke down and stuck on the side of the road for 5+ hrs and the other tow company telling me they couldn't help me until the next evening (+24 hrs) I was referred to Beverages Towing. The young man was there within minutes! VERY PROFESSIONAL and pleasant to talk to. Very knowledgeable in what he was doing.
I only have one problem, I didn't get the young man's name. But I HIGHLY recommend this towing company for your needs. I don't think they can be beat.

Our driver was weston and we couldnt have had a better expierence. Very helpful and cost effective and really helped turn a bad day around for my fiance and i and our 3 kids who were stranded almost 6 hours from home. If anybody has a break down in the beckley area i would highly recommend Beverages Towing
Great towing service! Weston was able to come and get us with a mega cab truck and 24 foot enclosed trailer. Great prices! Good driving, and shared info with us about the area so our next day isn’t wasted while we are stranded...at a resort lol. Couldn’t ask for a better break down and tow man. You the man Weston!

My car got stuck in a ditch during a snow storm. On the passenger side, the tie rod was bent. That was a part of the accident. However, on the driver side, as soon as the tow guy started pulling, my dash suddenly said low tire pressure. The tow guy tells me I have a flat. I get it to the tire shop and find out, it was caused by the guy who towed the vehicle. There is a hole in the wheel itself. Now I'm frustrated looking for a wheel so I can get to work. My car is currently on a donut and I work 30 minutes away.
My truck got a blow out while traveling to North Carolina from Indiana with the family in the truck. Called them at 2am. They quickly got a driver and tow on it's way to assist us. The driver got there and 1st thing the driver ask is if we all are ok. That meant alot to us since most people dont do that. He quickly got the truck hooked up and on the roll back. He even gave a great recommendation on which tire shop to get my truck a new tire, especially with the odd size of tire. Overall the company was great and the driver was awesome with his fast service, communication, and efficiency. Highly recommend this company.
I am a happy customer. I locked myself out of my truck. I could barely register a cell phone signal in Beaver, WV. Each time I called, the phone signal was dropped again. I did not know if the guy on the other end could hear me or not. I was praying, and wishing for about 30 mins when the locksmith drove around the bend. He had my brand new ford unlocked in a matter of seconds. Great job! And it did not cost me an arm or a leg.

Where to start! It’s never easy breakdown. Breakingdown in an unknown city and state multiplies that exponentially. I am very thankful that these guys where my first and only call. Within 45 minutes of making a call I was on the hook, off of the shoulder of the road and headed to the shop. They where able to promptly diagnose the problem and gave me the best solutions for parts. No they didn’t mark up the parts they actually had me call the dealership and order direct from them. From there they installed said parts at what I thought was a more than a fair rate. Usually you find company’s like this who are repulsive and prey on others misfortune. I can honestly say, not these guys! They made me feel at home and probably would’ve given me the shirt off of their back if I asked. It’s a rare thing to find now days, a shop that actually cares about others. Because of this I decided to write my review. My hats off to you boys. Thank you for everything you did. I won’t forget about it.

Great service as far pick up and quick to respond. Terrible service when it comes to pick up under circumstances out of your control like holidays. Cost you a fortune.
volvo vnl 670 turbo job dont go to this guys they will pull all your money from pocket and at the end you will need to go in other shop to get job done and dont tow with them cos will cost you lot of money very bad service
We were traveling to Beckley to visit family and the timing chain broke in our vehicle. We called another towing company and waited for two hours. After they gave up in looking for us we called Beverage and within 25 minutes, we were picked up and our car dropped off.
