I will say, use the website to get an idea of an estimate, but you're having to call or be called to set everything up. Only complaint I would have is the second person I spoke to who was "supposed to get me scheduled",, was a little rude and pushy. Adter I snapped his head off for cutting me off every time I attempted to answer the questions he seemed impatient to get from me, he calmed down. They are thorough with the process, so if you know what you're doing it may be a little irritating to go through. The the woman from the local yard called and was super sweet. We got everything set up and i did have to wait over the weekend for a driver to pick it up. Pick up was pretty easy. Friendly driver. The exchange of title and check was super easy as well. Definitely recommend if you have a vehicle that you aren't able to get out from under.
