Honestly they both were very nice. They do try to work with you. No long wait time. No judgement. My first experience having to pick up my car. When I need a tow I would definitely reach out to them. Thank you guys again including the ride.

I’d give zero stars if I could . Broke down and my aaa had these ppl tow my car. Tow driver very unprofessional and rude. Drug my bumper across the pavement acted like he couldn’t care any less many ppl witnessed his awful demeanor . Do yourself a favor and call anyone else !
Excellent , professional, friendly service. Reasonable rates. Towed a truck and trailer after office hours, gave me a lift to a hotel that was on his way. The value added service is much appreciated, will use again without hesitation if the need should arise.
2/12 our truck got stuck on the side of the road, while recovering the truck, there appeared some minor damages on the truck.
Manager of Hurricane Wrecker reached me back about this situation, he got all that resolved in a blink of a second.

Cant recommend these guys enough. We ran out of gas on the highway were stranded in 34 degree weather. Billy came out to us with some emergency fuel and the car still didn’t start. So he stayed with us and troubleshot the problem and was able to get us back on the road safely and followed us to the gas station to make sure we were okay. Again, Billy was amazing and I can’t thank him and this company enough.
Unable to grab belongings out of vehicle to wait until morning to pick the car up at 9. Keys to house and credit card inside. Waiting for vehicle was fine. Really needed belongings.
Broke down while traveling home on Sunday 6&1/2 hours from home! These guys were awesome! They got me to a good hotel, recommended a good auto repair shop, and took care of getting that done right! Towed my car after an accident, held my car so we could grab our things instead of letting the insurance company take her. We're really grateful for that after such a crazy night.

This company does robbery. For 25 miles they send Invoice Total: $18,416.92. The truck was not rolled over. Time on invoice way screwed up. They keep cargo hostage until you pay them all. Not honest people...

Everyone knows the business of towing automobiles can be a very unpleasant (not to mention expensive) expirence. The guys at Hurricane wrecking service, provide the most professional, helpful towing services you can ask for.
My sister had her motorcycle stolen about 5 months ago. The officers call that it had be recovered was a relief. But, hearing it had been wrecked, and was being held in Hurricane, (about 45 minutes drive from our home) quickly turned the situation stressful.
But, after seeing the professional appearance and service this facility provided. It was definitely worth the drive.
If you're in the Hurricane area they are easily the best choice when it comes to towing needs.

A bit difficult to deal with.....they will not accept a commitment in writing from a major insurance carrier that the tow charges &fees are being processed for payment so a vehicle can be released for repairs. My opinion of that policy is to delay any release as long as possible to collect very lucrative "storage" fees that accrue seemingly endlessly for a damaged vehicle to be merely parked on their premises, not "stored" in any sense of the word. I will say that the very few items that I left in the vehicle after the accident were still inside much to my amazement. If I ever have any choice as to using there services again they will be my very last resort.
they were on time exactly when they said they would be and they got my car to the destination with no problems whatsoever and the price was unbeatable!!
My Pontiac Vibe broke down on I-64. Wasn't even there 24 hours and I came back to the car with a car dolly to retrieve my vehicle just to find out it was missing. Called 911 and found out it was towed because they turned that into a construction zone the very next morning to fix the guardrail nearby. Hurricane Towing ended up getting the vehicle. Extremely friendly people there and went far above and beyond to help me get the car on a tow dolly. I don't live in the area, but if I did I would definitely use them exclusively. A++++
Sunday blew a rear end, couldn't make it back with my trailer so I stored it here, on a late night, they opened the gate. Finally 3 days later I'm here late again
With Christmas closing in. They make things happen again. Just want to say thank you guys so much. Will definitely keep you in mind if I ever need a service
