Came into Advance this morning (1.19.26), looking for a device to start my dead battery. Your young man was extremely helpful in my search, even showing me exactly how to use the booster. I took it home and failed to work. I returned the device and your associate recommended another device and made the transaction very satisfactory. Got home, watched a video on YouTube, tried it on my classic ‘12 Ford Escape. Less than a minute after setting everything up, my battery started like it was new. Thanks fellas! You made this old man very happy, especially since we’re in the midst of this cold snap in Wheeling! I purchased a tire inflator a few months ago from you all and now this battery charger. I am very pleased at all of your help and can guarantee that I’ll be back for any of my car needs.
By far, some of the friendliest employees that I have met that work for this company! I definitely want to give a shoutout to Zechariah, who assisted me with putting new wiper blades on my vehicle and also assisted with checking on an LED bulb that seems to have shorted out. He was friendly, efficient and effective and I appreciate his outstanding Customer Service skills! I will definitely be coming back to this location if I have any other issues.

They were amazing, we were heading home to Ohio from Pittsburgh and our upper radiator hose sprung a leak, they didn't have the part themselves so they went to another local branch for us to pick it up and Lenny is the tools to fix it. 10/10 deserve a raise much more. Truly kind and amazing people.
I was having issues with my battery in a 2019 Jeep renegade. So I went to this location to have it tested and it turned out that I was right and it did need replaced. So I decided to purchase the battery because they do have a free battery installation. I picked the battery that I wanted and was told that installation couldn't be done because some type of coding and or registration needed to be done between the battery and my vehicle's computer. I have never heard of anything like this before in my life. The person behind the counter then told me they do not have the tool to do so and that he had been requesting it for some time. He then told me that any garage will install the battery and code it for me. I then called another branch to see if they had to tool and could install it for me I was then told they have the tool but nobody was trained on how to use it. Frustrated I then waited until this morning to call my dealership and they said to stop by and they will take a look to find out what the gentleman meant when I purchased a battery. They then installed my battery at a $50 charge. This whole fiasco could have been avoided if the representative of your company knew that domestic vehicles don't need coded only foreign cars.
Went in for a replacement air filter since my dealership wanted $50 to replace the old one, got the Framm for $20. Had just what I needed, fast and friendly.
Car broke down 10 hours from home and they hooked up to scanner and told me the problem, even looked to tell me about a recall on my car…… took to dealership and fixed

I stopped in to buy an AC recharge when I saw there were three maskless customers speaking with a salesperson who was not wearing his mask over his nose or mouth. There was one salesperson who was wearing his mask and one other customer who also was wearing a mask. I immediately left. I observed customer after customer enter without putting on a mask. Management needs to step up enforcement.
Service was horrible they argued with us about a bad battery they sold us few week prior and they wouldnt even test it for us. Very rude employees working there. The one in elm grove
Light bulbs went bad after 5 months..most expensive kind..I didnt have a receipt ,but they had my name on file and exact dates when I purchased. Could only exchange if I took old ones out right there. That's not a problem for me..exchanged them with the new in 5 mins. Great service.
The staff installed a new battery for me. It wasn't easy, the battery they took out, they installed for me 16 years ago! Thanks for your persistence and friendly service.
