Nick and Morgan were super helpful the whole time. Nick, I’m assuming anyway, was the guy in charge of working on my car and he did a great job while being super honest the whole time. Great guy and great service

We were from out of town and our tire continuously was going flat from a crack in the rim. The entire staff was extremely friendly and took their time to show us the crack and offer as many solutions as they could, even calling various other stores to see if they had the rim we needed to get back on the road. They went out of their way to help us out and do what they could to get us back on the road!
David took amazing care of us! Traveling through and OH and experienced a flat, decided I should get all of them changed. Called ahead of a flatbed dropping us off and got us in right away! Super quick, good price, and great service!
Unfortunately, I had to change my previous 5 star review to 1. What once was my go-to for auto service I will now avoid at all costs. I had an issue that I patiently tried to work through with the regional manager and I was left hanging. I will now take my business elsewhere.

Wonderful place. It was cold this morning and my tire pressure light came on and they didn't hesitate to fix my air pressure and get my light to go out.

Do not go here as a woman! Took my car here because there was a nail in my tire (in the middle of the tread). They tried to tell me it was in the side wall and could not be fixed. Then told me I actually needed 2 other tires too, and it was going to be like $700. I said no thanks, took my car and parked it for the weekend. Went to bliefus on Monday. They fixed my tire with no issue for $20. I also spent about 2 hours less at bleifus with it getting fixed than I did a ntb for them to try to steal my money. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
On time, no delays, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Went to another NTB for years, but after a few less than professional experiences there, I’ll be going to the Wheeling store. They’re wonderful to deal with.
Beyond happy with my experiences at this NTB. I’ve had multiple alignments along with getting new tires mounted and balanced. they do great work !!! There tech garret has always been extremely helpful and professional !! Definitely recommend!!
I had my wife bring our chevy in to diagnose why the ac isn't working. These people wanted to add a few hundred bucks in freon. After I already told them that's not the problem. I wanted them to tell me why the compressor wasn't working. They told me my compressor is getting power to the clutch and the compressor is bad. Now that im home and can check it myself. That's a damn lie. The compressor is not locked up and is not getting power. These people can not be trusted
We had an issue with my front tire that happened while on the highway traveling from Indiana. We happened to pull off right by NTB. They were so kind, got us in ASAP, fixed the issue and we were back on the road in no time. Highly recommend for sure! They were a Godsend for us.
I came in on August 1, 2025 after dropping my son off for college. I ended up with a massive nail in my tire, and had needed to drive 333 miles back home. I was welcomed by Kristen (With the big beard) . Awesome customer service and tire was replaced fast. Totally, loved the experienced.
Had needed new valves for my front 2 tires and it was great. They were able to take it in and got everything done in a little over an hour. Nick at the desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. It overall was a nice environment.
My folks were leaving town on a trip and discovered a nail in their tire. The manager, Chauncey, got them in on short notice and was able to take care of it for them. No hassles and a wonderful experience for my parents. I cannot thank Chauncey and his team enough for taking care of them when I couldn’t. Chauncey is a very good representative for the company and I hope your other locations pattern themselves after this shop.
Friendly staff no doubt about that. Took awhile to get a Oil change and Alignment came in at 9: 49Am it is now 11:53am they just finished. Not to bad I suppose.
