I went to the st clairsville store and they over charged me for 5 lug nuts and everything else but the wheeling store is the best store I have a car a truck and a mini van and I always get good service here in Wheeling

Do not go here as a woman! Took my car here because there was a nail in my tire (in the middle of the tread). They tried to tell me it was in the side wall and could not be fixed. Then told me I actually needed 2 other tires too, and it was going to be like $700. I said no thanks, took my car and parked it for the weekend. Went to bliefus on Monday. They fixed my tire with no issue for $20. I also spent about 2 hours less at bleifus with it getting fixed than I did a ntb for them to try to steal my money. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Can't say enough good things about the staff at NTB in Wheeling. These guys not only know their stuff inside and out, they are honest, trustworthy, and will always do you right by providing the best car service around. Christian is absolutely fantastic to work with. He and Chauncy will always guide you down the right path and never try to sell you something you don't need. I had my wife bring our chevy in to diagnose why the ac isn't working. These people wanted to add a few hundred bucks in freon. After I already told them that's not the problem. I wanted them to tell me why the compressor wasn't working. They told me my compressor is getting power to the clutch and the compressor is bad. Now that im home and can check it myself. That's a damn lie. The compressor is not locked up and is not getting power. These people can not be trusted
We had an issue with my front tire that happened while on the highway traveling from Indiana. We happened to pull off right by NTB. They were so kind, got us in ASAP, fixed the issue and we were back on the road in no time. Highly recommend for sure! They were a Godsend for us.
I came in on August 1, 2025 after dropping my son off for college. I ended up with a massive nail in my tire, and had needed to drive 333 miles back home. I was welcomed by Kristen (With the big beard) . Awesome customer service and tire was replaced fast. Totally, loved the experienced.
We were traveling across many states and were only halfway to our destination when our tire pressure light came on. After trying to fill the tire to the proper air pressure, it continued to lose air. We took it to the NTB in Wheeling, WV and they took care of the issue (valve stem replacement) so that we could continue to our destination. Every person who worked there had the utmost professionalism and truly cared about resolving our problem as quickly as possible. Had needed new valves for my front 2 tires and it was great. They were able to take it in and got everything done in a little over an hour. Nick at the desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. It overall was a nice environment.

Traveling through town to go to Cincinnati for a funeral. Had my serpentine belt shred so no A/C, power steering, or alternator functioning in my BMW X-3. Told no one in town works on BMWS. Thank gosh that was incorrect. These guys were decent enough to take a look, find the belt issue and fix it in under two hours. Our mechanic, Aiden, was super sharp and friendly and had us back on the road in no time. Guys were all highly professional and understanding. Cannot say enough about them. Best ever.And at a reasonable price !
My folks were leaving town on a trip and discovered a nail in their tire. The manager, Chauncey, got them in on short notice and was able to take care of it for them. No hassles and a wonderful experience for my parents. I cannot thank Chauncey and his team enough for taking care of them when I couldn’t. Always real and honest about what my car needs. The front desk employees were very friendly and nice. I’ve even brought my car there with squeaky breaks and they assured me it was due to rust (it was the rust and the breaks were fine for 2/3 years after this). But they could’ve said I needed all new brakes and rotors if they were dishonest. Thank you NTB. :)

My car was there overnight when our city was absolutely devastated by flash floods like we've never seen before. They had left my car up on the lift with extra supports and when some water did come in my car wasn't touched at all. I am so grateful the shop wasn't harmed - they got very lucky.
