We drove a little over 2 hours to purchase a van on Saturday it ran great on the test drive we stopped about half way home to get gas and eat and when we went to leave it wouldn’t start even though it was sold as is I gave them a call and they came and towed it back to the shop and covered the repairs they contacted us Monday to update us then delivered it to us at our home on Tuesday this showed they really do care about their customers and making sure they do what they can to make things right when things don’t go as planned they could have very easily said sorry it was sold as is and leave it as that but they didn’t they took the extra steps to make things right and we will definitely keep them in mind for our next purchase and be referring family and friends there

You called Saturday about a vehicle, they told you if they didn't sell it that day, they would call you first thing Monday. You were already approved for a bank loan, but it got sold. You called Monday because you hadn't heard anything, they said someone else had just called, coming with a check. This business is the definition of poor communication. Any other car lot I've purchased vehicles from would have held the vehicle or at least contacted me. I see why they don't have a good rating.
Recently went in and bought a vehicle had an issue with a tire. Went back in to talk to them about it. I tried to talk to the man that sold the car and another older gentleman gets up and starts clapping in my face then both of them force me out of the building. I would not recommend dealing with these people at all!!!!
Great little hometown used car lot. I know many people in my area & surrounding counties purchase from Craig's & seem to be more than happy with their vehicles. My son also bought his SUV here in 2022 & he was treated with respect & got a fair price. He had absolutely no problems negotiating with Craig on a fair price on an extremely nice 2010 SUV with barely 100,000 miles on it. He has driven it over a year now with no issues, so I would most definitely recommend Craig's to anyone looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle!!
Only cares about getting your money. Doesn’t inspect cars good before hand, bad customer service after sale and bad attitude. Would recommend anywhere but here for your car shopping.
My son purchased his first vehicle from them 2 weeks ago and it blew up on him today. I called and talked to Craig about and and he told me it was as is and his mechanic checked it out and it was perfectly fine. If you can't at least make things right with your customers then get out of the business. I strongly advise anyone not to buy anything off of this greedy no hearted person. Very disappointed!!!!
Went there to look at a truck. Amos and Craig were really nice and helpful. Bought a nice truck from them. Pretty much every vehicle that was on the lot was nice. Will definitely be be doing business in the future with them. If you want to deal with some down home country people. This is the place to go.

I feel as though they did what was expected from a buyers standpoint and then some.very nice,easy to work with and up front in all aspects.the reasons I only gave three stars are 1.i did not have a full tank when I left in the vehicle I purchased 2. Detailing of my trucks interior was not great.
I have bought 3 cars from them in the past. No issues with them, no hassle and always they have been good about taking care of their customers.
If you ever buy a car on a loan, it is always best to get GAP insurance in case something to it, happens like an accident.
My husband and I bought a vehical in late fall from Craigs Auto. We haven't even put 500 miles on it and the transfer case busted with no noises or nothing. I called them to see if they where going to help fix it and was told that they just sell them not fix them. That's not a way to do business in this community. I strongly recommend that who ever goes there to buy a vehical to decide against it.

We bought a 2003 Toyota Tacoma off Craig who failed to tell us the frame had a previous recall. We tried getting him to give us some of our money back because we were way over charged. Were still paying over 10,000 to the bank for something we cant even drive. We tried to take it and get it fixed they said we cant even weld or anything needs a whole new frame. which cost thousands and obviously I cant afford that while paying for the truck. This truck never should have been on a lot and especially for what we are paying and its not even safe to be on the road. now that we took it apart to try to fix it were stuck until we afford a whole new frame. If we wouldn't of took it apart they said the bed could've come off at anytime we were on the road.
