Great little shop for little food knick-knacks. The lunch sandwichs are made fresh and are quite delicious. The pricing around the store was very reasonable. Very nice spot to come for lunch along the creek or to grab a gift inside!

Cheese and More is an absolute delight and easily one of the standout spots in the area. This Amish candy, retail, and sandwich shop is incredibly clean, welcoming, and wonderfully run. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm atmosphere and shelves full of high-quality goods.
The selection of meats and cheeses is outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and far better than anything you’ll find in a big-box store. And the candy selection is just as impressive, with classic favorites and Amish specialties that are hard to find anywhere else.

Amazing selection of goodies including trailmix, chocolates, cheese, soda, sandwiches, and more. The highlights are the house made items that will keep you coming back more and more. Very welcoming atmosphere and great outdoor seating options along a picturesque creek
They have the best apple pie spice! My Dad's family came from West Virginia and my Grandma and Aunts would use this spice in their apple desserts, it's very flavorful! Even though they have passed, I mail order it to Northern Ohio so that the taste that I grew up with will not be forgotten and one thing that I can pass onto my kids.

Not only a great place to shop for food goods, but also such a nice experience. I have been coming here since I was very little and it has hardly changed. They also have lunch specials for a good price. Great selection of candles.

Such a nice store! It seemed to be a long drive getting there, but it was worth it. The scenery was beautiful along the way. The homemade sandwiches were really good. There are picnic tables outside to eat at. The jam that I bought is delicious! We will be going back.
Lots of candies that I have not found anywhere else. Their meat and cheese selection is very good, and they sell made to order sandwiches if you would like with great bread.
There is also a nice selection of outdoor furniture.
With the holidays upon us, they have a great selection of flavorings for bakers my wife has not been able to find anywhere else.
Such an eclectic place. Pretty much have anything you need or want. Sandwiches they make are great for the low price. Definitely recommend, the drive out there is beautiful and worth it.
As always this place never disappoints!! Great food, great people!! And I'll say that if you visit here, then you definitely need to visit the bakery place across the road. They are also GREAT people and have amazing food also!!! These two places are definitely worth a drive on a Saturday with your family to get some supplies for a picnic or some essentials if you are camping at Moncove Lake just a few miles up the road. Again, two GREAT places!!!!!!
Friendly people, helpful, too. You have to visit this place to believe it. All kinds of food, spices at discount rate. You can eat what you buy, if you want. A picnic table is in shade beside the store and a stream. They have a furniture shop and pastry shop in very easy walking distance.
Just a neat hidden gem. The deli sandwiches we ordered for lunch were amazing! The ladies inside were very friendly. Great prices and neat products. Definitely worth a visit on your way through!
We love coming here for the novelties of homemade jams, jellies and butters. There's so much to choose from and always smells delicious inside. There's wooden pieces of furniture and playground systems that can be purchased from local carpenters too. This is a wish of mine to be able to afford some pieces, amazing! It's a great spot that brings a tradition to our family. There's something special for everyone here. There's a small creek in the back of the store too with a picnic table and shaded trees along with ample parking. There's no place to leave a review for the bakery across the street but we walk there for cookies, pies and always the cinnamon rolls. Everyone is so kind and friendly too.
Cheese-n-More had been recommended to me time and time again as a place for the best sandwiches. I love food and dining experiences, but would never go out of my way for just a deli sandwich. But the recommendations from so many people made me curious.
My husband and I finally made our way to Gap Mills to have one of these famous sandwiches. Wow...just wow! I was shocked, delighted and so impressed that a simple deli sandwich would be such an amazing experience in food. The sandwiches were so delicious, my husband make the journey 2 days later to pick up sandwiches for our trip home (they were in opposite direction of our travel).
Make the journey to Cheese-n-more in Gap Mills - even if it is out of your way! The sandwiches are well worth the trip!
The food is great and the store is a gem. This place is off the beaten path and has a huge variety of kitchen cooking needs. You will find something new and tried and true. They have all sorts of spices and seasonings to your hearts content. They ladies that work here are very kind.
Great array of candy, snacks, cheese, and meat. They had ghost pepper cheese! If you are brave enough. We enjoyed looking through a many seasonings. Nestled in a beautiful setting. There is a creek that runs behind and you can sit out near it and have lunch. Great way to spend time and worth the stop if passing through!
It's always a special treat when we go there. Their sandwiches are superb and potato or macaroni salad is delicious. Eat at the picnic table outside by the stream for a peaceful lunch. Tons of special products and old candy favorites. Lot's of spices, cooking and baking ingredients and cutlery. Something for everyone.
My wife and I loved the beautiful drive up to this incredible store. That plus the amazing options of meat, cheese, and snacks make for a great picnic, date day!
P.S. Their jalapeno and cheese summer sausage is worth the trip alone!
I love this place. I've been coming here for roughly 20 years due to family trips. It's a staple if you're a local or if you're well aware of their offerings. Stop in and get a custom sandwich made and grab a sweet snack while you're here. You can eat outdoors and enjoy the views along the creek. Last time I was there, we had fighter jets flying overhead on their training exercises to nearby bases.
Great stop and really good ham and cheese sandwiches that are made from home baked bread. This is a wonderful store lots of spices,candies,nuts and even have the candied fruit around holidays. And great prices as well. Jams,jellies lots of great finds that are homemade and some items hard to find. As well as sliced meats and cheeses.
I love this store. Spice selection is out of this world. Dried fruit and nuts of so many and candy of years gone by. Homemade sandwiches full of meat and cheese or anything you like. Ham, turkey or roast beef
