I hate to leave negative reviews and only do it when I’ve truly had a horrible experience. This specific store, told me that they would be able to source 250 pound bags of rock salt from the Kingwood store. They insisted on charging me and not waiting until the order was fulfilled. Then I called later that day and find out that they are unable to fulfill the order. They told me to go to any advanced auto parts store, to have my money refunded, even though no order was ever fulfilled I believe the gentleman Adam is the one who gave me misinformation both times. Save your time and money and go to the store On Mon boulevard
The people here were so amazing our alternator went out on our way to Florida. We were already tight on funds and my daughter was beyond stressed. Kadence and Adam saved us. She called a mechanic that was a regular there, told him our situation. Not only did he come after 8:30 at night, but he bought the part for us on his account to save us funds and then put it on for us for what I know had to have been a discounted price. They went so far above and beyond for us, I am so grateful to the store into these people. They were absolutely amazing and made our trip a success. My daughter and grandkids are now safely in Florida and I am back home in Pennsylvania. I will probably go out of my way to go to the store again if I ever have the opportunity.
Great store, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. RJ goes above and beyond helping clients and the newer staff all at once while maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor. He has helped me multiple times and has always done a stellar job.
Good store! RJ there is topnotch manager, people get treated right. No one smoking a cigarette at entrance like that's their job to stink up the place while entering. This store's a good place to browse and shop for autoparts and accessories.
ACTUALLY LESS THAN ZERO! My father purchased a battery in January of 24 which is bad in May of 25, and Advance will not replace it until it says that it's officially dead. If it continues to say to put it on the charge and retest they're going to keep trying to recharge it. It has already been charging all day long but it continues to say retest, and so they're not willing to replace the battery. This is horrible service! The first person I dealt with was rude and they all misquote their policy saying they have to keep retesting until it says DEAD. I think it's ridiculous please don't waste your time and money on their DieHard batteries because they won't make good on them when they go bad. The manager hid from me. I was not rude, but direct. So who knows when they will replace this battery! They said that they would happily replace the battery and use that one as a core charge even though it's under warranty. The money is not the real issue! But IT'S UNDER WARRANTY. Again,really poor attitude and service. Someone from the main company should do something about training and customer service and they should actually contact me because I'm going to tell everyone to stay away from them. They should make good on their products and I shouldn't have to wait days just to be able to run a vehicle because of this. Yes, I'm frustrated and mad, and who wouldn't be? SO THE VEHICLE IS DOWN BECAUSE NO ONE DOES ANTHING ABOUT PROBLEMS ON WEEKENDS WHEN MANAGERS ARENT AVAILABLE AND NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONE SUPPOSEDLY. RIDICULOUS!

As always take the old part with you so you can match it up. Pricing is competitive with other retailers. If you can wait it's cheaper online but you won't get it today.
Everyone I have worked with there at the counter has been very knowledgeable or is not afraid to ask a co-worker a question if they don't know the answer always taking time to answer my questions and helping me.
If they don't have it, they will find it for you. Plus, they can install many items right there in the parking lot for you no extra charge. Great customer service!
Was told I can order online and pick up in store. Waited a hour. Then was told by another employee that I couldn't. Then it was over 45 minutes, I couldn't cancel my order. I had to buy it again in store. Wait for online order to come to be able to return it. To many new employees, need to have at least one that no's everything. Let's hope they get better...
Service was friendly and quick. I made a purchase online and picked it up in the store I was exactly what I needed and I did not have to wait long. I asked to verify that what I ordered was the correct part which they promptly did and it was correct. The store was clean and well stalked. They were staffed quite well and the store was busy people were quickly waited on.
Nice people had all I asked for. Bought a Bluetooth aux for the car that had a noise pollution. They immediately refunded me and were nice to accept it back.
Knowledgeable and friendly counter staff. Will shop here when in need of auto parts in Sabraton from now on.. this location had the idler pulley I needed in stock!
Terrible customer service experience. I visited the Earl L. Core road location the morning of 3/8/19 with my 3 year old toddler in tow. I was in need of a new battery. A huge advantage for me is the service offered of having the new battery installed. Upon inquiring if the employee would be able install the new battery, he huffily replied "if I can." Then as he brought up the available batteries on the computer terminal, I was inquiring about pricing. This employee curtly informed me that "you can get one cheaper at Auto Zone. " I was floored. Way to make a mom with a small child feel welcome. Money wasn't even a real issue, but I had questions. So I took my 3 year old toddler, strapped him back into his car seat, and left. Knowing that I will not be back. And guess what? The battery wasn't cheaper. But Who the hell cares? Their customer service was efficient and most of all POLITE across the street. You would think, when ones competition is literally a stones throw away, employees would at least try to earn your business. So rude. Boo to you Advanced.
this id the best advanced auto ive ever been too.if any of you all ever been to a bad 1, go here cause the great costumer support, politness, professional services is the best ive got from any auto store!, great selection of tools, materials, chemicals and etc.ive seen anywhere else.front desk is really great, yhey will assist u or completely doit themselves on any request u have for automobiles.thank you very much\God bless.
Plenty of customer service workers so there are no long waits. Friendly. Patient. We had gone to a competitor and there was one employee out front and a couple of employees we could here talking in back, but they never came out, and the one in front was talking with a customer and we left after waiting quite a while.
staff try to be helpful, all the store items are pretty similar to the one on there other side of town, limited supply of parts on most cars but you can get it fast with shipping fee.
They are very friendly, very helpful, and go above and beyond the job when it comes to helping you out if you happen to be less than vehicularly inclined, such as myself. They have the best inventory guy that any store could ever want, somehow he managed to run the shipping and ordering for several stores and still keep that place in stock for everything you could want, and if by chance they are out of something he can get it there for you usually the same day.
