Found an old phone.Found very Interesting voice recording. Heard it through the grapevine the recording is getting 20 domain names. Thats a helluva number of websites that only plays a 15 minute voice recording over and over. Ttyl

I had the pleasure of calling that Wrecking yard and getting Rick Erwin on the phone, in my 30 odd years of owning and sourcing parts I have never found a gentleman so kind and helpful as Rick was.
Even though he knew I was calling from Canada he went over and beyond to help us source the correct parts by physically pulling the parts out of the car to confirm correct numbers he help us by telling us exactly how to proceed to provide him with the correct documentation that he needed in order to ship it to us.
We received the parts in Canada all the way from West Virginia to our custom brokers within 5 days, I offered Rick extra money for his dedication but he kindly declined by saying he was simply doing his job.
Again I say that in all the years of my being in this industry I have yet to find anyone that helpful to a total stranger. Rick I commend you for your helpfulness and kindness, you Sir are one heck of a man.

Part advertised as one thing and in reality it's not. I bought an instrument cluster for my 02 Subaru expecting it to have 106K miles on the odometer. Although I was told they could not guarantee that mileage, I took the chance. It turned out to have 254K miles on it! They would not exchange the part or refund me my money. Bad business practice. Be cautious of what you buy here and verify before purchase. Since I bought online and they were not willing to power on the part to see that actual mileage, I'm out $85.
its close to me and ive only gotten one bad part, it was an alternator and they swapped it out as soon as i came back, no questions asked or rudeness. have bought many things from this location, its great because the price doesnt change very much. usually 30-50 dollars takes care of what i need. dont expect new parts this is a salvage yard, if you understand your buying used parts that may not last, its just the risk of going to any junkyard.
Overpriced on parts of questionable quality, no warranty or guarantee, says they can give you credit if it does not work when you first plug it up but gives no guarantee that they will ever get the part in stock again. Very rude when you state you do not want a part due to its condition and price.
