My car broke down and was told by the person who towed the car that they could fix and it would take two days well the had it from Labor Day til the 22nd of September. I called multiple times from Labor Day til the 22nd and was told they had not looked at it but would be able to fix it. Timing belt broke just to be told on the 22nd that my car was too old for them to look at. I was pissed because they could of told me that 2 weeks prior.They wasted my time and I am still without a car.
I’ve called this company, who by the way is contracted with my apartment complex, 10+ times for unauthorized cars parking in my parking spot and they have NEVER once came to tow them. Magically on a game day my sister parks in my parking spot with my permit and she gets towed. She calls to figure out where to get her car from and the employee on the phone threatened to hold her car until Monday because of “her attitude”. She is 30 weeks pregnant and her car was wrongfully towed…I think she has a reason to have an attitude
Wish I could give less than 1 star! Had a parking pass.. still got my vehicle towed - am 30 weeks pregnant and had my 5 year old with me .. called to ask how I even go about getting my vehicle and was told I had an “attitude” and he “wasn’t sure if I could get my car today”..awful people to deal with.
I would have gave them a 0 stars. They were very rude, and unprofessional about anything to get the car back. Big deal you worked a 9 hours shift that’s all they kept telling me. When there other work 14 hours or more a day. Then I said that my baby car seat was in there they still laughed and said they were help me and there earliest convenience. Tell don’t tell you about a gate fee so be ready and have about 300 on you cause they ONLY that cash.
My daughter had her car towed from the hospital. They charged $186 and then made her walk around their yard to find her car. Not only was the woman at the front desk lazy, she was also very rude and condenseding. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
Unsafe drivers and a danger to the community. Flew up the shoulder in standstill traffic and no they weren’t going to a wrecked car. The traffic went all the way through exit 7 but I found their tow truck finally backed up on exit 4 with no vehicle being towed. Just arrogant drivers passing everyone in a dangerous fashion. They will regret it when they hit someone and kill someone and their whole business gets shut down.
Standard predatory towing company. These people rely on the frustration and suffering of other people for their money, keep that in mind while you are dealing with them.
It’s worth mentioning that this establishment would have less than a star on here if google allowed you to vote less than one.
Entire staff was beyond rude from the desk lady, to the drivers, to the OWNER ROBERT! gave me the run around, would not let me get my belongings out a wrecked rental I was a passenger in. If -0 was a number I would rate them just BELOW that. Shut the whole business down
Why is zero stars allowed? My daughter’s newer model car was towed there. When she went to pick it up the door was crushed in, and they had no idea how it, Everyone at the establishment was rude.
Had my truck towed which was really no big deal. I’ll just go and pay the fee and get my truck back. I call and they told me to get to their location by 3pm. I got there at 2:55pm and wait until almost 3:20pm for the guy to show up. Then I had one person in front of me but the tow truck driver could not figure out their own system on his phone which put me until 3:45pm for this guy just to start filling out whatever he had to fill out just for me, I then get told it’s cash only. Which thank god I had enough cash on me to pay the fee. He said the lady on the phone should’ve told me which they did not. No mention whatsoever. I then am out of there at 4:15pm. Terrible
Took my friend to get her car that they towed 20 mins away from campus and the staff were extremely rude. Hard to find and located past a residential area where people apparently leave their kids unsupervised? Terrible.
Scammers! They wouldn’t take a card he said cash only they wanted us to walk to a sheetz down the road for cash!!! Towed my son’s car that had a pass because someone elses car in front of his didn’t have a pass. Gave the wrong address originally. Charged a fee to reopen the gate even though the place was full of employees.
