A few days ago, while traveling with my elderly mother, our car broke down on I-68. It was such a helpless feeling as she was scared. I called Kash King and spoke with Brian. He showed up right away and towed our car to a nearby garage. He was so kind and gentle helping my mom get in and out of his tow truck. Then he took us to Enterprise so we could get a rental car to drive back home safely. We can’t thank him enough for the quick response and kindness he showed to us. I got stuck on an icy hill off Kingwood Pike while delivering for Meals on Wheels. I called Kash King because of the great online reviews and was so very happy that I did.
I was called back after my initial call was disconnected and was given a 10 minute arrival time. Brian showed up within the 10 minute time frame and was incredible throughout the entire procedure. He was extremely professional and efficient, and treated me very respectfully and kindly.
I have no doubt that I will call them in the future if I may need such services and will recommend them to family and friends.

We had a bad accident Saturday November 8. When I learned where my car was towed to, it was a place I never heard of. It was a blessing it was towed to Kash King. Theresa was so helpful in letting us in after hours to get items from the car. We made one more trip back and Theresa helped my sister by climbing in the back hatch to get my husband’s wedding ring that was in the car! He was worried it was gone for good.

This company was phenomenal they were there in a jiffy and got my vehicle picked up and even with battling my insurance Theresa was a literal godsend- telling me how to go about things, and telling me the cheapest and best routes. You usually don’t catch a towing company that treat their customers like family, and they blew me out of the water with their tremendous support and respect and even after paying them they continued to help me, I immediately know if I’m within an hour of the area I will call and ask for for literally everything!! Best service in general, best tow service ever, and best people!!! I can’t say nicer things about them!!!

I was unfortunately involved in an accident recently requiring my vehicle to be towed. Kash King showed up promptly and the driver was very helpful, informative, polite, and professional!
They allowed me to visit their secure storage lot way after hours to retrieve my personal belongings out of my vehicle. The owner came out to unlock/open the gates and my vehicle and offered to assist me even on a <20deg snowy night.
Kash King worked with both my and the at fault drivers insurance companies to have my vehicle transported to my preferred shop for an estimate/repairs within 1 day. The owners even followed up with me directly to insure I was kept up to date on the status and location of my vehicle. Truly above and beyond service!
I hope my vehicle doesn’t need towed again anytime soon, but if it does there is no doubt in who I will call - Kash Kings Towing!

I was in a car accident on April 19th. The police asked me if I had a request for a particulor tow service. I told him to send whoever they would call next. That was the best decision I made that day. I had the please of meeting Bryan Hart with Kash King. He put me right at ease, gave me necessary information and waited with me, allowing me to sit in his warm vehicle, until my daughter showed up to get me. As for his professionalism... A+. Friendliness... A++ I can't say enough good things about him!
I would recommend this company to anyone. I totalled my car & wasn't able to get my stuff out until the following wk, so the guy put my car in their garage so my stuff didn't get wet if it would've rained. When I went to get my stuff they were very nice people, they seemed concerned about me. I highly recommend KASH KING for any of their services! 4-22-24
This place is a straight rip off towed my vehicle and wouldn’t let me receive my personal items out of it without a $250 payment after a couple days left the price went up to $500 I had an interlock device in it and they tried to say that I wasn’t allowed to get that removed or my license plate don’t ever use this company they were a scam and money hungry place
I would leave a 0 star review if I was able to. I called this place to get my vehicle towed around 1:30 in the afternoon and the guy said he'd be back in town around 6:30-7:00 pm that same evening and he would come tow my vehicle. 7:00 rolled around and I had not heard anything so I called him and got no answer... I still have not received a phone call from him. My fiance and I were broke down on the side of the highway the entire time waiting for him to call fortunately we did find another tow company to get the truck. This place may be the cheapest around but they have poor customer service and no guarantee that they will even get your vehicle even if somebody says they will.
Helped our WVU daughter out of a jam after hitting a tree laying across the road on a curve at 11 pm that wasn't there 10 minutes before. Got her towed to their lot and put us in touch with a mechanic who has a shop next door. Great customer service.
Brian was extremely helpful. I was stranded just outside of Morgantown PA at about 4 o’clock in the morning. Brian came and picked me up and dropped me off outside of Sam’s/Walmart. I had a broken strut and a blown out tire. He offered to find me a mechanic, take me to wherever I needed to get the tire mounted and the strut fixed. All of this on a graduation weekend. I appreciate the empathy and sympathy that he showed in my desperate time of need. Thanks again Brian for not leaving me stranded.

Bryan went out of his way to get on scene ASAP, tow my car to their garage, checked it out then towed it to Virginia, 3 hours (over 200 miles away), after it broke down on us in the middle of the night. All along communicating with him was never an issue, he did everything within the time frame he promised and he gave us a standard rate. I recommend his services one hundred percent. He deserves a 6 star.
Kash King Towing responded to the accident my son had. They were kind to him (a teenager), informative, and helpful when we arrived. They were accommodating when we needed to retrieve belongings from the vehicle and worked with our insurance company to have the car moved. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Very helpful and delightful to talk to was willing to help me out on his day off to help get my car back as soon as possible and I have dealt with 2 other towing companies before in Morgantown and this one is by far the most hassle free experience I’ve had which is very much appreciated in a frustrating and stressful situation
Brian Hart is an excellent business man he went beyond expectations of any other towing company ever would have not only did he pick up and deliver my vehicle he went out of his way to make sure he got the job done the truck was buried behind other cars and under a tree and he still fished it out and took on extra work without a problem so thank you soo much man you are very appreciated over here for sure you will always be my first call. thank you
I was recently in a car accident where my car was totaled. Kash king towing came and towed my car away from the scene and I was a little nervous seeing the name. I went to get my stuff out of the car and met the owners who were extremely nice in every way. They even went so far as to take all of my stuff (including my change) out of the vehicle before it was taken off the lot and held it for me to come pick up over a week later. In a town full of tow truck companies who are just in it for themselves and the money, Kash King Towing goes above and beyond in every way, taking care of those who were in a bad situation. I for one will never use any other towing company other than Kash King towing for as long as I am in Morgantown and I highly recommend you do the same. 15/10. 12 stars.
Right place at the right time! Ran out of gas getting to the pump. Looked over and their truck was pulling in the parking lot. Extremely friendly and helpful. Life Saver!!!!! Definitely recommend!
Kash king towing has done quite a few tows for me and provided quick and reliable service, Bryan is a great guy and very reasonable on his rates ... He has also done tows for my business hauling logs out for me which cost about what it wouldve if I did it myself with my own equipment, big thanks to Bryan at kash king towing I will always support his local business from here on out
