Very rude and unpolite ppl when u call and ask simple questions. Overpriced. And will never recommend this place to anyone. There's places out there that are alot nicer and not as expensive. Almost like their rich so they only wanna deal with the wealthy. Find somewhere else . I usually don't write reviews but I went out of my way to write this one!!
Failed inspection for Rust and cried a new inspector lives in ft Ashby story he's scared of. Lazy Larry didn't have any dirt on him for being a mechanic. Everything in this store is so overpriced! 100$ for everything. I guess if you're rich and ride around on stupid golf carts have at it.
My daughter had a slow leak on her rear tire and had to drive to Philadelphia. I called H Q Auto and after explaining the situation they said they could fit her in later in the day. Service was great, the leak was repaired and my daughter was able to continue on her journey. The team was great and welcomed my daughter while she waited for the inspection and subsequent repair. All was done with a smile and professionalism.
Very honest about the work needed on a vehicle, especially when it comes to inspections. The business options of Fun Club cars and Hardware & Feed store are located in the same building.
Didn't do anything with vehicles here but the hardware store is great! The staff is fantastic, they will order anything that you might need that they don't have, and they have got quite a lot. Even if it wasn't so convenient as far as the location goes I would still give it 5 stars because it's objectively great!
This place has a lot of items to shop. Flowers, golf carts, sink faucets, toilet seats, gardening tools, fittings, pipe, bird feeders and lots more. A friendly gentleman greated us when we walked in. I'd rather shop here before driving a half hr to "maybe" find what I'm searching for.

My Mothere recently had her oil changed and inspection done.
They inspected her car with a headlight out. Never said a word.
When I went to drive the car the oil light came on. It did not even read on the dip stick and there was no drips in the driveway.
When I went back to High Q the guy came out and checked the oil said "Oh my That's weird Then said let me get you 2 quarts. He came back and charged me for the 2 quarts. Never again!!

High Q always listens to my concerns about my car. They try to fix whatever problem my VW Beetle has. This time, unfortunately, I still ended up with the same issue with my signal light. After leaving, on my run to the market, it was doing the same thing. I still appreciate them taking a look at it though.
Testing cars need to stay in fort ashby, (not cumberland) especially if you have drivers who speed and circle more than needed on a daily basis. Tearing up our roads that this company in no way contributes to. Also the guy I stopped had an attitude and complained about his poor pay. We live in a residential neighborhood where kids run and play. Will be talking to city officials about this reoccurring problem.
I love this place they have very good mechanics highly skilled . Also the garage is well organized and well advertised throughout the front of the garage. They also sell rims and tires for all vehicles also trailer tires plus they sell led signs . They do state inspection and have customer wifi . Guys this is a great shop
After I had most of the front end replaced and bought new tires, I needed a front end alignment. I was told that one of my ball joints were bad and they could fix that. Knowing that had just been replaced I told them I would like a 2nd opinion. I took it to another mechanic where they found no problems with anything on the front end.
