Had an amazing experience with JNH towing. My family stayed in a cabin, it snowed, and we couldn’t make it up a hill to get out to the main road. Justin was so kind. He went above and beyond to get our car out to the main road (including putting chains on his truck tires), and then he drove back to the cabin to bring my husband, cat, and newborn from the cabin to our car. I can’t thank him enough for rescuing us and being such a wonderful human being! Thank you Justin!

If I could give 10 stars I would. My family and I were very grateful for JNH. We were stuck in a ditch on Monday during the snow storm and they got there in 25 minutes and had us pulled out during ridiculous conditions. Thank you so much.

Awesome service! I cant thank this company enough for accommodating me on the spur of the moment by moving my building. Very courteous, professional and quick.

My small pickup had transmission trouble and needed to be towed 52 miles. JNH dispatched an extremely competent driver and this was acomplished efficiently. The driver was highly professional and courteous at all times. I have a service dog and was accommodated expertly. Although this was a luck-of-the-draw decision by my roadside assistance service, I would use them again and highly recommend JNH!
