I managed to get myself into a challenging situation on the side of a muddy WV mountain. I am very thankful to have been connected to the owner John. Aside from the great service, I had a difficult day and he was very reassuring. I ended up needing to be towed by a tractor. John and Stapleton Towing Helpful in all ways. Highly recommend.
Driving my son back to college and ran out of gas in a rental car as it was getting dark on a busy section of I-35 — pulled over on a narrow shoulder with semi- trucks flying by. No gas station for miles. Called AAA Roadside — and Keith, from Stapleton Towing, called to say he’d be there ASAP, having just towed someone out of the mud. Drove 30 miles to help us. Keith got us safely back on the road, gave us directions to a good gas station and even called us 20 minutes later to be sure we were okay. Can’t thank Keith enough for going above and beyond!
We were completely stuck in our 26ft box truck and had already called about eight different companies. Everyone else either wanted to charge us an arm and a leg or couldn’t come for hours. These guys came out quickly, gave us a very fair price, and the driver was honestly one of the nicest people we’ve dealt with.
From the moment he started winching us out to being back on the road was under 10 minutes, super professional, fast, and you could tell he really knew what he was doing.
If you need help and want a company that’s honest and reliable, this is the one. Highly recommend and absolutely deserves 5 stars. Thank you so much!
We were traveling from Wisconsin to New York with our 9 year old granddaughter. On our way back to Wisconsin, we got to Gallapolis OH, and we ended up with a flat tire on Hwy 35. Traffic was very busy, and going 70+ and hour. We had no idea where to get it fixed. We called Stapleton's, and he was extremely prompt. He fixed our tire and even helped us get the locked fixed to get to the spare tire! He was extremely nice, gentle, and caring. He made sure our safety was first. He got us back on the road to Wisconsin. I am extremely happy to report, we had no more issues with our tire! I would rate him as a 10 plus...along with his wife, who took our call!
We would give 10 stars if MA OF S would allow us! So happy with the prompt and Excellent service. This could have been and really was a serious blow-out tire situation right off of Rt 35 N past the bridge and a big curve where Semi's flew by. With a call to Stapleton and talking with John and Steve, they sent Derrick to us w/in 20 minutes (maybe less). Derrick was so nice, quick and efficient. He gave us some great pointers of continuing our drive and getting of spare tire serviced. On top of this about a little over an hour later John called to check on us (with a conference call with Steve). Again they shared more quality information. Honestly, we feel we have a new set of FRIENDS! THANK YOU, John , Steve and Derrick.
The initial call to get a quote on being towed, started with a friendly woman ready to help me in a time of stress! The quote was a great price and the driver was friendly and very professional! Thanks Stapleton Towing for making a stressful experience, a somewhat good one! ☀️ highly recommend!

I was in an accident 300 miles from home and the local sheriffs department called a tow for my car. I didn't get the driver's name, but he showed up so quickly. He was quick to get the car loaded and friendly. He was also extremely helpful getting me all the information I needed for insurance and answering questions.
I forgot some items in the car and didn't realize until I was nearly back home. When I called, Jonna was so helpful and understanding. I couldn't have asked for better service. I highly recommend this company.
Thankful for Stapleton Towing getting our handicap van home so I could start working on getting it back on the road. The radiator busted and needed replaced. Not a big job but when you're a caregiver having it home will be so much easier to replace the radiator. Nate was very understanding on the phone. Called me back letting us know he was ready to pick it up. Confirmed our address and was here in our driveway making the dropoff in the time expected. As we talked I knew he enjoyed his job. If I could leave a 100 stars I would. Me and my family appreciate them so much. We had hit a deer on our way home from Myrtle Beach in our rental car. We were stranded with 3 kids and all of our luggage. They made sure we got to a hotel with all of our stuff and made the stressful experience so much lighter for us. Enterprise was not very helpful and only worried about the rental. Stapleton towing saved the day.
Okay, so had my daughter's vehicle towed to my home using Stapleton Towing. It was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time! The staff and crew are some of the most professional, knowledgeable, kindness, caring, patient people I have seen in a while. I did not get the name of the driver but, he was amazing! He put the vehicle right where I requested with style and ease. Despite the rain, he took the time to talk with me all while keeping a smile on his face as he is getting drenched. Bless his heart. Well anyway, I could go on and on about how grateful I am for Stapleton's but, I'm just going to say, If you need a tow, take my advice and call Stapleton Towing! Again, Thank you for all you do.

I hit a deer on my way home from Florida, 400 miles from home with my wife, a four year old and a one year old in tow. In the moment, I had no idea what this incident was going to set me back, but I was mentally preparing for a very tough day.
After I called AAA Roadside, Stapleton Towing showed up, MAYBE 15-20 minutes later. How quick they arrived was truly incredible. Besides that, I had informed them on the phone that I had my entire family and small children with me, and they went above and beyond to send an SUV out to gather everyone and our essentials to get us to the town up the street for a rental. I was misled by the Enterprise call center and they didn't have any vehicles available. Dennis made a call and they took us another half hour down the road to the next town that had rental vehicles available. Hell, they even offered to call out an extended cab truck and take us and my Jeep all the way to the shop in Columbus, over a hundred miles away. They had zero obligation to do any of that for us. I can not speak highly enough about the service of this company, and the character of their staff. Truly wonderful people. Kind, professional, even great with my children and were a key part to diffusing an otherwise terrible situation we were in. Class acts from all of the people involved across the board. Truly incredible people, and an experience that regardless how bad it was, I will never forget for the kindness of everyone involved.
Amazing service. My father was in a significant car accident and they went the extra mile to collect belongings at the site of the crash, take pictures for us, and also upon us collecting belongings went the extra mile to help us through each step and get what we needed from the car. Very empathetic and kind, it really made what was a terrible day much more manageable for us. Thank you so much!
Moved into a new house with an pretty rough driveway on a steep incline. Got my moms car stuck on the edge and almost rolled sideways down the hill. Justin showed up, pulled us back over onto the driveway, and straightened us out so we could back up STRAIGHT down the driveway.

We busted a brake line and I was stressed. The gentleman in the small Dodge flatbed took excellent care of us and actually put me at ease. I was stressed out but by the time he unhooked my truck I was in an excellent mood. He was very kind, helpful and funny. He navigated our tight driveway with ease and impressed me with his service. I live in Michigan, and my car broke down in West Virginia. I was heading to North Carolina to visit family. They came and picked up my car and me, took me to the airport so I could get a rental car. Waited for me to get the car and make sure I ok. And helped me arrange for a hauling company to bring my car back to Michigan. Definitely recommend their services if you're in that area.
Sons vehicle broke down in Virginia on way home from vacation. Stapleton picked up the car and his family within hours. Very friendly company. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! This company is second to none. We will use them every time!!!
I know, I should have written this much earlier. All right, it was on February 25th 2022. I stucked with my car hauler in the narrow ravine on the Pond Lick Rd nearby Gallipolis Ferry. Thanks to the priest, who noticed me, to his brother and his son local sheriff! And a special thanks to Stapleton crew! John, Justin and Nate - you guys are wizards who literally saved my life that night! You’ve done an incredible job!
My husband, daughter and I stopped for gas on the way home from vacation. When we went to start the car to finish our trip home, the engine would not turn over. Stapleton was very responsive to our situation! Nate was quick to meet us at the gas station and assess the situation. He checked the battery and determined the starter was the issue. Because we were unable to fix the issue at the gas station, Nate offered to get an extended cab tow truck to haul us 2.5 hours home to Columbus. We were able to safely and comfortably transport our child and car to our local mechanic. Without the diligent help of Nate and Stapleton, our return from vacation would have been much more catastrophic. We are so grateful for Stapleton!

Super kind and helpful, immediately recommended the best motel and mechanic. Was able to get me and my family to stop panicking and get us to laugh a little bit which we needed. Even when dealing with a lot of different jobs at once they were still able to give us personal care
After breaking down on my way to NC from IL, I felt so lost at what to do because I don't know anyone in the west Virginia area but someone suggested I call them to see if they could help. The owner was super helpful and sweet. He responded very fast and towed my car the same day I called him, He has gone above and beyond to help me. I will be using this company again, hopefully wont need to but definitely will be the first person I call!
They were very professional and went above and beyond to help me. They arrived quickly and got me, my children and our loaded trailer to a Hotel as it was 2am and then picked us up in the morning to take us to get my vehicle fixed. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
