Super nice and helpful

Went in to buy a battery and sought discount - 1) the batteries are cheaper next door at the dollar store. Oh well. 2) the employee called the cops on me because he said I never showed ID to get the discount. This is blatantly false. Showed the cop and he agreed. Employee never told me there was an issue or that he was ever calling cops? Weirdest experience I’ve ever had at an AAP. Lost a customer for life. Edit to respond below: yeah way to leave instructions on how to do that. I’m not sitting on a waiting help phone number. Leave an email address to contact if ya wanna know more. Buncha jabronies.

Usually have the parts I need and really competitive on pricing

Stopped by to grab some windshield washer fluid and other items. The staff was very helpful with the questions I asked.

They never have what you want. They always have it order it if it's something like brakes they have it in stock

I like Advance Auto Parts, I trust the parts, the store is close to my house, the prices are not bad, and I can even order on line if I want to and have everything shipped to my house. Also I get discounts and special offers, and if it's over $25.00 I get free shipping now you can't beat that.

The guys here were very helpful and friendly.

I normally do a lot of business with advance but mannington no longer has my business. I had a vehicle that been down that have been working on but due to the fact that I have to much on my plate I have some parts that I bought but no longer needed so bought them in with receipt they refused to return them. I am now on and forever taking my business to some one else. Store is overstaffed with employees standing doing nothing they take my receipt to the back and talks to no one being it back and tells me he talked to his manager and they will not return them. What a waste of a store.

So helpful. Opens early so get what u need after dropping kids off at school, workers are happy to help you find what you need

Always gives us WRONG parts

Never get the right parts unless it's something simple like brakes or oil.

Rick was very rude and argued with me over quality of the parts he sold me, got three different calipers all had bad threads. Upon looking at the fourth before purchase ask him to look at the threads he said it wasn't his job he was the commercial supervisor. After refusing part and ordering a new upon returning with the receipt that had faded out like they all do from there he said he couldn't read it so i received no new part and they had already taken my core so i was just screwed.
