I was in a different state on the way to a competition for my daughter and although I didn't have to use this towing company this gentleman was willing to come out and help me just get a donut on the car so I could get to my daughters competition or tow or whatever I was going to need and although I didn't have to get a tow or anything I just wanted to say thank you for willing to come out so early in the morning to help somebody from out of state thank you have a blessed day

MJ's towing is top of the line!! A few years ago, my wife was in a accident on the interstate in the early hours of the morning. This guy came out and got my wife. He allowed her to use his phone, helped her finish her paper route and then dropped her off at our home. He never once was anything less than a gentleman to my wife. I've swore since then, I'd always use and refer his services. Today, I was backing up on solid ice and put my truck into a very bad culvert. He answered my call on the second ring, said he was headed my way. He shows up to a complete mess I had myself in. Not once did he laugh or ask me what I was thinking. He hooked up to me and had me back on the road in less than 15mins. So if you're in need of a tow or any of the other services he provides. I wouldn't hesitate to call him no need to waste your time calling anyone else!!
The gentleman who towed my car was willing to let me and my girlfriend ride in his truck to the Morgantown mechanic and back to Fairmont to rent a car. About an hour total driving us around. I truly appreciate him and would definitely recommend his business.
I can't say enough good things. I was stranded on the side of the highway with a blowout and no spare (had no idea the spare was missing... yikes) and he showed up in 20 minutes and took great care of my car. Smile on his face and very professional. 10 out of 10 service.

Our car died on the interstate today and we called MJ’s. He said he’d be there in thirty minutes and he arrived exactly on time! He was kind and comforting! I was a little nervous being stuck on the side of the highway but he was prompt and professional! To top it off, MJ’s is very affordable!! I highly recommend his services!!!

Arrogant slob answered the phone when I called in the early morning. So I called hillbilly towing and they where respectful. You all lost my and everyone I knows business over that. So good job to that guy
They wouldn't give me my personal belongings unless I paid, which is illegal. I finally was able to after I called a third time. Not sure why the tone changed(maybe someone tipped them off after I called a former director of the towing association or whatever). They previously refused. I never refused to pay them. I just don't have the money right now since I just acquired a job. Either way, highly illegal. My social security card was in there. Thank god i found it.
I called MJ;s to have my vehicle relocated form a garage that was unable to fix the problem to a dealership that could. The distance was about 25 miles. I had never done business with them before but when I called I was given an immediate quote and was informed the service could be completed immediately. I placed calls to four other towing companies in the area and received quotes of anywhere from 70% higher to more than double the quote from MJ's. The service was completed promptly and the final bill was right on the estimate (actually slightly lower). I will be giving them all my future towing business.
