WM is a great trash service who always picks up on Time and always calls me or emails me if they can't pickup. If you have trouble with WM then your not following the trash pickup rules. They provide a great service to our community and my whole community loves them service. Thank you waste managment.
By far the worst waste company I’ve ever dealt with. They’ve missed the trash pickup three weeks in a row, even though I have camera footage showing the trash at the curb and the truck driver driving right past it. I’ve had to call them six times, and they still can’t get the driver to pick up the trash. When you try to speak to a manager, they give you the runaround.
I want to know why my trash can be picked up for a month straight then all of a sudden we're not on the pick up list yet my account is paid and up to date and even says trash pick up is every Tuesday, I also want to know why you can NEVER speak to a single person in the office I do NOT want this online chat crap. It's been an exhausting frustrating experience to try to have trash service here in Maher and I feel we deserve yet another discount since this problem is AGAIN on you guys
Waste Management is a complete waste of money. They miss pick ups sometimes for several weeks in a row. When you call customer service it take an hour to get a human on the phone and another hour to get anything done. That's if they agree with the complaint. They never want to credit your account for missed pick ups always saying it's weather related and they never ever pick up all the trash.
Hasn’t picked up trash in two weeks and said that I had to build a garbage rack when I used same can for two years now and I have to pay 1.25 for each bag on ground why pay for something that is not my fault
While you gave "5-Star" service when you serviced my home, I am no longer a customer. I notified you back in March that I would be moving to a new residence in April that is served by CR&R Environmental Services. Please "UNSUBSCRIBE" me from your messages.
They are always on time and they are great about letting you know the holiday pick up changes and delays. I have a 6 bag limit but never have any more than 3 but if you go over 6 they will not cut you any slack. I think if they are going to keep up with how many bags you are over and charge you for it they should be able to know how many bags you average every week and if you only throw 3 bags away weekly they should not be so quick to charge you for being over. Plus the energy surcharge they are charging which is 5.24 per household account is a scam. Just in the bottom I live in they have 15 stops and all the stops are on a piece of land about 3 football field big. That’s a lot of money they are making off that surcharge fee. Because around this area everyone is close to each other. I could see charging a fee if you had to drive 5 miles in between stops but you don’t. But we have very crooked politicians around here that let all these companies charge us all these stupid charges.
Sometime the bags tear. When they throw them in truck.. and some small things will come out..but the main throng the price is getting ridiculous high.. I have not had over 6 bags and they are charging me for over 6 bags.. 3 different times . On 1 billing cycle.
The service on holidays is usually mixed and the drivers that normally come here may be off on Saturday and they don't even pick up our trash. When the regular driver is here you can expect it to be picked up.Thank goodness for the regular drivers they get the job done right.
If I could get a discount or something for all the hundred times we had to call and dispute our service never getting picked up for months, and customer service was decent but it all could have been made so much easier if our service was up to your co.pa ies standards these past few months and I paid a month that I never even received service so I'm truly shocked and disgusted on how our issues and money and cluster service was handled. Now we just hope and pray every week that they show up. I believe any kind of a discount is in order if I was the CEO but I'm not. Smh .....
They will charge $10-$15 more than other companies, take your money, and give you service that is unreliable. They’ll even call you a liar abd say that they KNOW the trash was picked up even when it’s not and refuse to adjust the him. Waste Management is a crooked company and if there were other options, I wouldn’t have them.
Last 2 years the service was terrible. They would miss our pickup about every other week and I would have to call and they would usually send someone the next day to pick it up. Service has been much better last few months .As I would tell the district manager, and he would usually call me back, that all I want is what I pay for..
This company had my highest praise until mid March. They were always dependable and ran when they were suppose to. I’m sure they are like most businesses they can’t get anyone that wants to work!!

The worst customer service. Multiple missed pickups and no notification on the reschedule until the next day. Drive an hour to the Logan landfill to find out they closed early and the hours online are “only for the office.” Can never call and speak with a live person! Do better WM!
Bag limits per week are a big reason this State is so trashed out in rural areas. People can't help having trash. If you all are going to pick it up for disposal then pick it up instead of picking and choosing how much to pick up. In case you were wondering, what's not picked up ends up out in the woods and thrown over the mountain somewhere (that includes everything, trash, furniture, appliances, etc.). I pay the extra money but a lot of good people don't have it. Even on free drop off days, again its a pick and choose. If there's a free drop off day then take what is dropped off.
Always have a great experience with WM. These guys n gals really make things easy and effortless. Have yet to have any issues with any drivers or anyone from the company. I'd gladly recommend this service to anyone with home pickup or rental properties!
Drivers are to lazy to pick up the bags I put in a bin that is locked and covers the trash. I usually have 8-10 bags a week. Family
Of 4, and they leave 2-3 bags each week on purpose. Always a virtual “ Lisa “ to talk to when you call to report anything. Never can get ahold of a local person at the office. Which is 6 miles from me. Horrible company & policy.
I have never had any problems. They are always on time and notify me if they are not picking up on my scheduled day. The guys has always picked up around the dumpster if anything was dropped. Keep up the good work.!
Very poor service and NEVER on time, leaves a nasty mess every time they pick up. They smash the trash right outside my store leaving a slushy wet pool of trash juice outside my store for my customers to smell! Customer service promise change and to do better but does not happen....... Have no choise but to use them they have a lock on the service in our area......
