always has had what i needed. you might have to Turn a Wrench or jack somethin up... but they won't just let anyone go back on the hill and within goof reason.. always my go to 1st. It's all about who you know...just like anything else.
Terrible experience.. talked over the telephone and when I said I had a quick question, he told me I needed to hurry up and ask it. He didn’t have what I needed anyway. Very rude and doesn’t deserve to own a business.
Quite possible the rudest people I ever met. Told the guy I’m glad the part was in good shape because I drove a good bit to get it. He asked me where I came from and I told him and replied with “that’s not far you’re just spoiled”. If the part wouldn’t have been cheap and the fact that I drove over an hour to get it I would have to him to keep him. Won’t be back and I’ll spread the word on the customer service.
Sent my wife to pick up a jeep rim. My ball joint popped and put a bad groove in my wheel and it was very deep and unsafe. Well the guy and girl there said there isnt anything wrong with mine and was very very condescending and rude. The guy and girl looked at eachother and said well the customer is always right in a very rude way and the girl said i rode on worse rims. Well good for you cause i'm NOT that stupid especially when my wife also drives my jeep. Poor poor attitude towards females. I guaranteed he wouldnt have said that to me. I'd rather spend triple the money and drive 3 hours away than to buy from these yoyos again.
Large selection, and very helpful staff. Had just the part I was looking for. Part retrieval didn't take long and even found extra headlights I liked while I was there! Thanks!
It is a father son business. The son is easy to deal with, but the father (old man with long gray hair) is hateful. He is always right, and you are always wrong even when you're right, and if you ask him for a recipe, he will just about go off the deep end. Just not professional, but on a good note, the parts that they sale are priced very fairly. That is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. Had it not been for my bad experience with the father, I would have given it a 4 or 5 star rating.
I called and inquired about a door for my truck and the guy said he " might have the door" . When I asked if he could check , he said he wouldn't and told me I had to drive down there and I might be disappointed. I'm not driving an hour and a half to to " maybe" find a door. Very rude service.
Mr. Richard Watson does excellent job at taking care of your used auto part needs. He may not always have what you need 99.9% of the time he does. He as well rebuilds wrecked vehicles and sells them at a reasonable cost for the low income people in our area. And he is a wonderful man both in business and in personal matters. He will do anything he can to help anyone he can within reason
