They usually have what I need and are quick and helpful. Never had any issues with anything I've bought here and all the clerks are nice and willing to find what you're looking for.

Jessica was so helpful and knowledgeable! My problem was fixed with her help/recommendation.

They charged me $18.18 for a mobile one filter I can buy at Walmart for 11.44.... so Walmart and rock auto it is. Won't be back . I needed a axle for my car , rock auto $120, advance $201 ! Wake up people

Aiden was fantastic in assisting me with a battery purchase. He was HEROIC in installing it for me in my Volkswagen Atlas. He worked very hard and diligently in getting the old battery out, and new one installed correctly. Without his help, I would have had to have the car towed and a large expense incurred. Today's visit was pretty good, and a lot better than ones in another of their stores

These guys are the tops!!! Not only were they friendly and knowledgeable, they were patient with my works limited auto repair knowledge. Eric was particularly helpful in that his mechanic skills foresaw details that surely would've cost me had I not been informed.

This was better then they normally are but still wasn't happy I think we had a new guy and not upset about that but the others there just ignored the fact we was there so long never offered to help the guy help us but they wasn't rude like most advance auto parts so that's a plus

Went in to buy something to get my air caps off my tire. They let me borrow their plyers to get them off. Then asked about new air caps, They had some and so I bought them. They were very affordable.

I don't know why you offer free battery installation , when you clearly do not, there was one person that is working the front and every one else is in the back. She went back to get someone to change the battery and no one would do it. So I had to change it. I am on disability with a extremely bad back. This will be my last time in the South Charleston store, I would have left then but my car would not start..

Have used this store on 2 separate occasions, when traveling through this area; just great staff! 1st time - one of the staff replaced my front wiper blades in a rainstorm; and 2nd time - one of the staff replaced my battery & had me back on the road in SHORT time! Will continue to stop at this specific store, if anything is needed when traveling! Kudos & keep it up!!

I was getting ready to leave for the beach so I stopped here and had my oil checked and the power steering fluid checked. The girl who came out with me was so helpful! She helped me find the right oil and power steering fluid and put it in for me. She also sprayed my battery terminals with a can of spray that they had been using so I didn't have to buy any because my battery terminals had a lot of corrosion on them. Great service!

Grate the staff was very helpful even came out to help resolve my problem although I still have to order what's needed the was very helpful so now I actually know the name of the care issue I'm expecting

If you don’t want to install my battery, I’m sure your competitor will. Won’t spend my money at your store with your rude staff.

Always very helpful and knowledgeable about a item i need for my jeep The staff is professional, friendly and greets you on arrival in the store Ive been going to the South Charleston location for over 10 years and these are the reasons I continue to come back

These guys are always proffessional. Quick to get you taken care of. There prices are almost always cheaper than autozones. What they dont have in stock they can order for you and have it the next day. My "go to" for auto parts.

Ive had a stroke and i go to therapy its in the same parking lot i just got done with therapy and my car wouldn't start i called them for a jump and they said nope and hung up im no more then 10 feet from back of building i use to work there years ago but now i know i made the right decision i will never be back in there not helpful at all poor customer service

If you order online to this store, expect to wait an eternity like everyone else. It seems due to 'numerous cancellations' of online orders they have stopped picking orders as they are received. So you will have to wait on Randall to browse parts for his 92 Camaro for 'quotes' then step up to the counter and send the kid hunting for your order. Really only benefit is the online discounts anymore.

The employees aren't that friendly but I could've just got a bad employee. Other than that the lay out of the store is well done easy to find parts, and enough room in the aisles to feel comfortable.

Always fast and affordable service and parts plus they carry limited edition Monster Jam trucks.

These guys are really helpful and the store will normally have your part in stock. The prices aren't horrible, but simply cannot compete with the internet. So if you need a part locally and need it now, then definitely give them a shot.
