I made a pick-up here, and it was very good. The process was easy. Lady in shipping office was very pleasant and cheerful. Loaded quickly. Nice place to do business.
Have gone he multiple times and never have had a problem. Always fast and easy to get in and get out. Friendly staff so if you have any questions they always will get you a answer. Only place I will go

This place was disorganized and no one seemed to want to help. You drop off your recyclables by unloading them yourself around heavy equipment being operated. We had to exit and get weighed four times. It was an awful experience.
Getting really tired of taking in six or seven bags of cans, and having two pounds deducted for “bag weight.” Cheap plastic bag’s weight is nothing to be considered. Bad business practice.
I have visited many such places over the years in Indiana and West Virginia and I was very impressed with this place. It was neat and organized and the employees were friendly and helpful.
Honest place to go and get what you should expect to be paid from a reputable dealer. Gary has worked with me and went out of his way to help me when I needed it.
Mark Mcgrew is the best driver they have, pro. And very good man that works hard for this place. Most folks are nice here but few are rude pric*s, if not happy working here then leave don't be a punk to customers, they management team should do something with the rude guys they have working for them b4 everyone starts using the place by i64..gets old punks yelling at folks here. They know better than to yell in my face. They be laying on they back. Great place if they stop the punks and make someone use magnet on lot several times a day to collect nails and screws. Blew 1 tire then very next day got 2 brand new tires with screws in them. Getting old
Frequently uses this establishment and sadly this is the first time I've ever had a gentlemen screaming at me in my face. Troubles me that this last trip was so confusing and hostile. Really do prefer this place of business for the many great qualities that makes it fast efficient and friendly any day.
This place has rude workers the guy in back in machine taking your washer yelled at my father because he went to wrong place my father is old have some respect
I rented a truck, worked for 4 hours loading 900 pounds of steel. They gave me $30.80. Taking them metal is not worth the time and money to bother with, save your gas and time.
Have dealt with them for many years. The guys who weigh your scrap are very nice.But the woman who pays you is always rude and very non professional. But that's her problem.
Just called to ask a question and lady on phone was very rude and not helpful at all. They need to fix their customer service reps! If you don't like people then don't work with the public.
