On 12-5-25 my son's vehicle died in Cross Lanes WV. He was able to limp to the local OReilly store. The manager Joe was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and providing the parts along with recommending local mechanics who could make the repairs. He left OReillys around 12:30pm and had his repair completed by 3pm. Thank you store manager Joe for your excellent customer service.

I am here at 7 45 am today called knocked on glass they are definitely not open even thuogh it says they are so they must not open till 8am on Saturday at lest and front door is still locked okay now 8, am still in parking lot still not open not comming here again even thuogh there spose to be.
Heading back home to IN, going through West Virginia, my friend's truck engine light came on. After pulling off the road, a passerby stopped and suggested this nearby O'Reilly. He said they are awesome in their customer service help and even loaning a tool cart to help in our repairs here. YES! He was right ! The OReilly Associate waa VERY helpful, loaned a tool cart, and even brought out extra tools ! THANK YOU O'REILLY'S ~YOU ROCK!
Pulled off on exit 47B to get gas last night. Something happened to my brakes.
Fearing the worst, I just got a hotel room. I have stayed here several times before. It's a good stop anyway.
The next morning, I got a good look at the problem. Easy fix. The super nice guy at Oriellys was a big help and very kind.
Really made the whole thing easy.

Had a problem with a defective part. manager working at the time was a jerk been very rude.. a friend of mine son had ordered the part and he said he was going to go ahead and pay for it and I was double-checking when I returned the part for a new one if he had in fact pay for it and the manager try to belittle me and said I know for a fact he didn't pay for it or something to that effect it wasn't necessary nonetheless also the part had already been reordered and came in a couple of weeks later to get it and they had already sent it back because we didn't pick it up fast enough and he was rude about that as well so had to wait for it to come in again I just think personally that is there cheap parts in a golden wrapper they claim to be high end but I don't think so I'll stick with advance or AutoZone myself you can make up your own mind. This is just my experience with them and it has been more than once I guess that's why it's called an opinion

I was very impressed from the service I received today. My call was answered promptly by Donna who was extremely nice and helpful. I told her the predicament I was in and how I had tried another AUTO PARTS store and was turned away. She told me to come on down! Brett met me in the store and immediately went out and looked at my Expedition. He figured it all out pretty quick and with his recommendations changed both of my headlights. I was glad he recommended changing both lights because he showed me where the other one was on its way out as well. I just want other people, especially single females to know you can trust O'Reilly Auto Parts in Cross Lanes, WV. Thanks again!
