would put 0 stars if I could!!! extremely rude and unprofessional! my boyfriend called a few days ago about his warranty on his brakes, the person he talked to said they would replace them if he brought them in. he called back today, and was put on the phone with the almighty general manager who believes he is God himself lol. and the general manager told him they will only follow the warranty if they’re defective(I’m not arguing policy, I’m sure that is their policy), but when my boyfriend tried to explain further that someone told him something else, he was cut off and said “well you’re talking to the general manager now so, unless you wanna go over me to corporate” RUDEEEEE!! My boyfriend tried to explain again what someone else had told him, only to be cut off AGAIN, and told “no he didn’t tell you that” and basically accused him of lying. super unprofessional. and he honestly does need a call to corporate. glad the Charleston location was super helpful, and professional. we will be taking our business there from now on❤️
I was very fortunate to have Jerid, help with my check engine light diagnostics. He went far beyond a helpful salesman. He is great at what he does, plus he does his best to get you the answers you need. I will definitely be a returning customer, just to get his knowledge and help.
Everytime I deal with someone down there, I call them to check part availability, and they act like they dont want to help, or when they do help, I try to get the parts put to the side with my name on them, this last time the guy said “well man I don’t see anyone beating the door down to get them, so they should be here when you do show up.” Like what?!?!?!? I told him someone else was picking them up and he just said oh alright I’ll see em when they get here. Im sick of Advance Auto in Cedar Grove. Now I have to make a second trip to get the parts I called about because he was too lazy to write my damn name down.
If you’re looking for friendly while you’re upset buying car parts, just go in for the knowledge and the jokes are on the house! Most amazing people I know have worked here for years! I sure love to go in, even if my car is broke down in the lot.

We stopped there on a eight day motorcycle adventure with five different motorcycles and one of the bikes did have an issue-which we thought was a battery and it turned out to not be the battery but those guys helped us so much!
Because Were able to determine that it was not the battery and we’re more than happy to help us accomplish all the things we needed to do there, certainly made our trip much more comfortable with our issues in our face.

If they don’t have an answer to a question or a part in stock they’ll get it for you as fast as possible and it’s rare that they don’t have either. That’s what you can expect from this crew. That’s what sets the apart from the rest . I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else and neither should you

The manager here treats customers like they dont know a thing and dismisses you if you explain that there wrong or one of the employees made a mistake. Dale doesnt know the first thing about customer service. Or how to treat a cistomer.
Depending if you meet the guru "matt" that work there theres not alot of staff that know about vehicles but they usually get u the right part your looking for.
Staff worked diligently to find the spark plugs and for my Troybilt trimmer. Sadly, they couldn't find a match. They're always helpful and almost always have what I need.
I go to this store to buy anything for my automobile. They usually have the items in stock and if they do not, then they can usually order it for you and it is very fast shipping, sometimes it will arrive the same day as you order it. Staff is friendly and is very knowledgeable, which is needed at a place like this.
I needed plugs and wires for my explorer and I was gonna get some cheap ones but they were sold out so they gave me better plugs for the same price as the others, I always go to the Advance in Cedar Grove the employees there are the best
