Unfortunately, they didn’t have what we needed. But they were very helpful and gave us some information on where we might be able to find what we needed.
This place and everyone that works there are amazing people!!! I highly recommend this place if you ever need parts or even help locating a part! They will do whatever they can to help.
Sold me parts that they said was for my car. But when I tried to install them the parts were wrong. And when I tried to contact them about it they told me they would call me back but never did. And when I got in touch with them finally and told them the parts were wrong they said nothing they can do all sales are final. I would never recommend them to anyone. Waste of time and money. Let me explain this I have a 2012 hyundai sonata and they tried telling me I had a 2015. But on my car it says 2012 and they told me what they sold me was a 2012 seats. But it wasnt. It was seats from an earlier hyundai.
We had a car that was too expensive to fix - this place was just what we needed - it took 5 min for them to take it off our hands and got a couple hundred bucks - fast and easy if you just need to get rid of your car!
I had my first experience at Cody’s this week. I, and some mechanics, had been looking for months for a couple parts to fix up my Subaru with no luck. I call up Cody’s and Matt had the parts pulled in no time and I was on my way. The prices are unbeatable, and the service is incredible. I definitely recommend Cody’s for anything you may need.
My mom got me a heater box here. I paid 260$ for a heater box to a 09 chevy cobalt. Brand new? 360$. Today my car was put in the shop to have the heater box put in. I was told it isn't going to work. If I do put it in, my air would leak all over my floorboard. The hose had been busted, re-glued and busted again. Unfortunately the type of car you can't just replace the hose. I called Cody's. I was told "well pull you another one for 75$". Instead of swaping out the garbage they gave me or refunding me for selling me a broken part, they'd charge me yet again for something they shouldn't have sold in the first place. If you decide to use these people, make sure you check VERY WELL whatever you purchase.
I’ve used these guys twice now and they are great. Both times were for various vehicle parts I needed. The gentlemen I delt with were prompt, got me what I needed at a great price and were very nice and very respectful . If you need parts from the junkyard I recommend you try these guys first.
Great place with lots of inventory. Good ole boys out there happy to help anybody. They have cleaned the place up compared to the old days. Parking sometimes is still tight.
I called this auto salvage yard about a car seat I needed for a Pontiac G6 and spoke with Matt. I explained to him in great detail about the car seat I needed including the color and that it needed to have a side airbag. He said he would check and call me back if he had one.
Awhile later, he called back and said he did have the seat I had described to him. I went over everything with him again to make sure it was the correct year, color, and had the airbag. He assured me it had all those things. The next day I drove from Leesburg VA to the salvage yard in WV and when arrived there found out Matt was off that day.
Another man took me to the Pontiac G6 and come to find out that it was the correct year and color, but no airbag in the side of the seat. It had taken me about 45 minutes to get there, spent about 15 minutes there and then 45 minutes to get back....all wasted time and gas because Matt had lied to me.
I called him later and told him about my wasted trip there and asked if he would at least pay for my gas money for the trip but he refused. I would advise anyone looking for a car part not to make a long drive to this place or at least get a picture of the item you are interested in emailed to you before you do, and would deal with someone other than Matt.
Had a DOUBLE blowout yesterday. Went to Cody's and Matt had us fixed up and on our way in no time.. Extremely efficient and friemdly service along with reasonable prices. We'll never go anywhere else!!!
Needed parts for several different vehicles, can't beat the service! Matt had everything in my hands in a matter of minutes. Couldn't beat the price either! 5/5 will be back again.
I always come to Cody’s for my parts. Not only is it close but they rarely don’t have something I need. Manager is willing to work with anyone and is very nice. Stock is always updating. The prices are reasonable. He won’t sell something that is broken and guarantees most mechanical parts. Only real con is the parking. There isn’t much room to come in and turn around which probably could be fixed with a little organization but I can’t complain if the stock stays up. I wouldn’t advise bringing your trailer all the way in if you aren’t skilled in turning it around.
Sold a wrecked car to Cody's and was very impressed by the ease of the transaction as well as helpfulness and flexibility provided by Matt. I would not hesitate to do business again.
This is the worst junk yard ive ever been to they dont wanna do enything they are lazy and dont know nothing about cars..that will be my last trip there..got a price over the phone and got there and they said it was 20$ more than they said on the phone ..it damn sure aint like the old codys i tell u that...
Went in there on Saturday everyone was nice and willing to help. Went there for a door window and left with a whole door and PLENTY of other things I needed even got a tire mounted and balanced. They're prices are very very reasonable as well. Will be doing all my business with these young men for now on.
All ways great service. Plenty of parts in inventory. Very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help customers. I will be a repeat customer and send my family and friends their way.
The driver was good the guy at the office look like he was out in space I was looking at a car on the lot and he said u can not look at car in the lot I said man I was just looking Iam not going to take nothing I all way pay. the part I got for my car was good and cheap that needs to put a sign that the road and say DO NOT LOOK AT THE JUNK CAR!!!!!
