Brian was to my location in 15 mins., suggested a good auto shop to have my car dropped off, and then was generous enough to give me a ride to the Enterprise in Charles Town. He was honest and upfront with me front the start and I appreciate the great customer service he provided!

Had a flat tire and Minnicks responded quickly. Roadside assistance said our wait time would be 53 minutes - they were there in 20. Brian was our responder - he was quick, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend, 5/5!

I had a very rude driver fly through the Food Lion parking lot, requiring me to slam on my brakes to avoid getting hit. I dropped off my boys and headed down a different lane to leave. Once trying to exit, your drive then started to back up as if to back into me. That's when I snapped the picture. I don't care how good your prices may be, I won't use your services if this is how your drivers drive.

I had a fantastic experience with Minnicks Towing. I was one of the unlucky ones that purchased the contaminated gas from Sheetz. I called Minnicks and they were there in less then 30 minutes. The driver was amazing and the customer service was top notch and he was extremely courteous. I then had to call them a second time to have my vehicle towed to the dealership for repairs and I was greeted with same amazing customer service, Scott picked up my vehicle and texted me when he delivered it the dealership and sent a picture of where my car was parked at the dealership. Their professionalism and customer care are second to none!

JC towed my car excellent guy. My car is lowered and he set me up and got my car on and off the truck without tearing my car up. Was super professional and went above and beyond. Much thanks brother I appreciate it!

I gave a 1 star review with was wrong minnicks towing and recovery has great service and professional drivers they can take care of any of ur needs from towing ur car,jumps starts and much more they are truly a Swiss army knife of a company with the professionalism and experience u would expect .

Called several companies either no response, could not help me because it was too far, or could not get to me for hours except this one he was amazing and stayed with me to make sure after he got me unstuck that I made it back to the main road safely

Brian came out to tow my van. It was not in a great spot but he put the extra time and effort in to make sure we could winch it out and get it on the truck. Service was excellent and response time was extremely rapid! Highly recommend!

Bryan towed my car today with great customer service! I called 5 different places today that all quotes me atleast $100 more than Minnicks in Charles Town WV. A great attitude goes a long way especially when it starts from calling for an estimate all the way to pick up! Thanks Bryan and the people at Minnicks!

John was awesome! Needed towed to auto body shop. He carefully got my lowered car on the flat bed and sent me pictures to confirm it made it there safely.

John was great. They responded faster than the estimated response time which never happens. Rates are better then other local towing companies. I would highly recommend.

Scott came to our rescue I was pretty frustrated and very worried about my vehicle and he was so kind and reassuring that he will not damage and will go slowly and telling me about how long he’s been with the company.
