I ran out of gas on the side of the highway. Called and asked for a quote to tow me 1.5 miles. The price given was more than fair and acceptable. Gave them my location and the dispatcher said he'd start a truck. 30 minutes, the truck arrives. The driver was professional and very upfront. He went and brought me gas. Being on the side of the highway, he did not want to be messing around with securing my vehicle for transport. I do not blame hime one bit at all for that decision. 45 minutes from my initial call, I was back on the road.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. While traveling to Pa from vacation in Fl our car broke down at 1 am. We called AAA and our auto insurance trying to find a tow to Pa for our car and ourselves! We called many companies ourselves as well. Finally a truck showed up from Minnichs. Unfortunately with our car being AWD and the distance that truck was unable to take our car back to Pa. But the driver was super friendly and called his dispatch to try to find another truck that could take us. We got a call back that they found someone and after they finished their current run we would be next. Enter Steven the savior of our day! He came with his big flat bed extended cab truck and loaded the car and us up and off we went to Pa. We are so grateful and thankful for Minnichs for getting us and our car home several states away! Bryan and Lucas were amazing yesterday. Our car broke down in West Virginia traveling back from PA to NC due to the unexpected death of my mom. I had my little dog and best friend with me. We made it to a BP off the exit due to transmission problems. Bryan couldn’t tow us back to NC with the truck he had so he called Lucas. Lucas came quickly during a thunderstorm and drove us all the way back to NC.While we waited for Lucas to arrive Bryan stayed with us to make sure all was well.Both were courtesy, friendly and made a stressful situation better.

Was advised by another company that my vehicle needed to be towed to a tire shop. Minnicks was then called for a tow. Driver assessed the issue and said he could put the spare on. 10 mins later completed and avoided the tow. Driver was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Thank you Minnick’s!!
Don't know much about this place.but they are definitely not professional. I rent some property there was a truck left on it they came out to move the truck.then left the truck in the middle of the driveway blocking my nabor in her yard.i don't understand if they where not able to move the truck why they didn't put it back where it was besides blocking the hole driveway.
My Tesla had a flat today. Not only did the show up in a timely manner but they plugged my tire. The service and professionalism was unmatched. These people are a life saver.

Two days ago on my way to work. I found myself stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire. I used my app to call for help. I called my job and told them it would probably be an hour before someone came to help me. A few minutes later, I got an alert that my knight in shining armor was coming. James showed up in about 15 minutes, changed my tire in the rain, and I was on my way. I made it to work on time. He turned my bad day into a good day. Thanks, James. You rock!! Austin privided best service ive ever gotten. Was fully prepared to be waiting for hours.... he was there less than 10 mins. I couldnt believe it. Really appreciated it.
Exceptional service all around from Austin the driver and Minnicks Towing and Recovery as a whole. They had me out of a muddy night time bind in the wilderness in a very short period of time. I was 4-5 miles down a dirt road and another 150 feet down a muddy and steep side road stuck. Austin had no issue finding me despite lack of service and less issue pulling my car up the road out of the mud. 100% professional, friendly and courteous business/operators that I would trust with any Towing/ Recovery Job.

Brian was to my location in 15 mins., suggested a good auto shop to have my car dropped off, and then was generous enough to give me a ride to the Enterprise in Charles Town. He was honest and upfront with me front the start and I appreciate the great customer service he provided!

After a flat rear tire on motorcycle in Harpers Ferry, I called AAA. 1.5hrs later they dropped my call stating no one in area was available to tow a motorcycle. Called nearby Minnicks directly they were out fast and promptly to tow me back to my house in VA. Reliable, trustworthy, hard working folks. I had a fantastic experience with Minnicks Towing. I was one of the unlucky ones that purchased the contaminated gas from Sheetz. I called Minnicks and they were there in less then 30 minutes. The driver was amazing and the customer service was top notch and he was extremely courteous. I then had to call them a second time to have my vehicle towed to the dealership for repairs and I was greeted with same amazing customer service, Scott picked up my vehicle and texted me when he delivered it the dealership and sent a picture of where my car was parked at the dealership. Their professionalism and customer care are second to none!

Brian came out to tow my van. It was not in a great spot but he put the extra time and effort in to make sure we could winch it out and get it on the truck. Service was excellent and response time was extremely rapid! Highly recommend!

John was awesome! Needed towed to auto body shop. He carefully got my lowered car on the flat bed and sent me pictures to confirm it made it there safely.
I had a very rude driver fly through the Food Lion parking lot, requiring me to slam on my brakes to avoid getting hit. I dropped off my boys and headed down a different lane to leave. Once trying to exit, your drive then started to back up as if to back into me. That's when I snapped the picture. I don't care how good your prices may be, I won't use your services if this is how your drivers drive.
John was great. They responded faster than the estimated response time which never happens. Rates are better then other local towing companies. I would highly recommend.
