Had a trashcan with four bags in it and two bags on ground. This is countless times now they’ve left my entire trashcan untouched. Whoever is on the shinnston/pleasant hill route needs fired. Trash scattered all over pleasant hill. Be better.
A great company have no complaints I have put some heavy bags in my bin and I have never opened my bin to find a vag left behind good company zero complaints

Since I can’t reply to your comment on this. I never received crap one bill I remember being due on December something!! No notices about being behind or that it was getting ready to be suspended!! Also called this morning and left a message but I just checked my phone and no calls either . . Can’t pay something if I don’t have an account number
My landlord decided after 7 years of including our trash that it was too much so we needed to pay for it honestly not a big deal but literally I have received one paper bill and one email forever ago. They literally don’t even send reminders or anything they just decide two days before a holiday screw them people let’s not get their trash . I really wish there wa another service to use !!! I mean literally just stop and the lack of billing is insane . I personally like having a paper bill so I keep it together so now having family in for Thanksgiving and cause they didn’t bother to send a reminder or what not now I have all this trash .
Honestly not too bad came here for a live load lady at the office was nice it is a little tight coming into the facility on route 19 but not too bad if need a scale after loading there is one in Jane Lew West Virginia off of i-79 South
It blows my mind the incompetentence. You pay for a service. You don't receive the service ie. They miss our trash. The next Thursday I'm charged extra for the bags you didn't pick up. I call, " you have to pay extra for the bags past so many". OK but you you picked up NONE. The secretary had a smart attitude like she knows when she's sitting at a desk and I'm the one with a full trash box and an extra bill. AWFUL SERVICE.
Drivers, with 53’ trailers, don’t risk your equipment coming here, it’s not worthy. Especially not during the winter. 99% you will get stuck in a mud without any space for maneuver. People are nice but that doesn’t change the things , they are not going to take responsibility for your safety equipment.
This place is the worst public service company I have ever encountered. Honestly, this company is worse than Mon Power and we all have heard the nightmares about that company. If I could give 0 stars, I would IN A HEARTBEAT. This has been going on for an estimated 2-3 months. It really started happening in July. For a straight 3 weeks my trash never went out. The excuses were that there was a new guy on the route. Perfectly fine for the first couple of times. Now, after MULTIPLE weeks of this, I’m not happy. I can almost guarantee that my trash hasn’t been taken on the correct days. The first time, in July, my trash was missed 3 separate occasions. So for 3 weeks of hot July summer WV heat my trash sat in my garbage can. Of course, I have a full time job and cannot call until lunch time, but after that it’s a waste to get someone out to collect the trash. I’m seriously fed up with this company. How can you expect people to pay their bills and not level up to your side of the agreement. I’m pretty sure that after a certain point of incomplete services with a paid-in-full bill, it’s ILLEGAL. How are you allowed to have a company that doesn’t do their very job. TRASH PICK UP. That means you PICK UP the TRASH. The girls in the office are always so kind, so this is not on them, it’s the company itself. Obviously they don’t care, read the other reviews.
I called on wends because my trash had not been picked up, called yesterday again because my trash wasn’t picked up and then called today for the trash guy to lie saying my trash wasn’t by the road when it is ALWAYS by the road next to the pole. He still has yet to pick my trash up and obviously they don’t pick up on the weekends. I’m livid because I’m now going to have over the limit trash bags for pick up next week. It’s annoying that I’m paying for a service and nothing is being done about my trash not being picked up. Wish I had another trash company I could use, but I’m screwed with this one unfortunately.
I’ve called 5 times this week and been given 5 separate excuses as to why my garbage wasn’t picked up with a payed bill. I live on the main highway. Only thing I can think of is it set up a giant arrow saying here it is or just flat out bringing it to them. I’ve been nice and been assured things would be taken care of. Instead it’s just them pushing it off until they run the route the next week.
Constantly having issues. Started out not picking up our trash every other week to throwing our garbage cans and they’ve even skipped half of our neighborhood with the excuse that half hasn’t paid the bills. We have had to Call over 100X to fix the issues. Getting absolutely ridiculous that we have to call every other week. 😡🤬
Enterprise Sanitation is by far an outstanding, family oriented reliable caring company. I have absolutely never had an issue with them or the services they provide. when weather conditions are bad and they can't make it to pick up the trash as scheduled, they come out in the next day or to and pick it up. They really care about the safety of their drivers! Most companies don't care what weather or road conditions are, if they are bad the drivers are told to stay home until conditions improve. The last 4 weeks I've found trash bags up and down my road. I've picked them up and brought them home to put with my trash. I believe the tree branches are knocking them off the cage truck they use to do the roads that are to tight for the rear load trash trucks. One of the bags I picked up and brought home to put with my trash they left a sticker on and left it here. This morning I picked up another and brought it home.
Great family business. Loving and dedicated people. It’s terrible at this time that people can talk badly about someone that is family owned and trying to help out everyone. Great people and I’m sorry for peoples ignorance!
They have destroyed our trash cans, torn down our fence, thrown trash can lids on top of our flower bed plants while in full bloom. The one pickup man has a total attitude of superiority and disdain for others. I know exactly what weeks he works the route. There is ZERO customer care and the bare minimum is barely done. When they have finished the pick up for the week and not torn anything up you almost feel grateful...if you weren’t so irritated.
Extremely disappointing trash collection service. I cannot begin to tell you how many weeks have passed where my trash was not taken. I'm not certain why, as I have 1. set up autopay and never miss a payment, 2. have properly bagged all my trash and no rips or tears exist, 3. meet required weight limit every week. I have called and complained nnumerou times and have been told by the woman I've spoken to that they should come back out to pick up the trash. Not a single time did this happen. I am requesting a refund tomorrow for the past few weeks' worth of service. Absolute trash (no pun intended).
The trash they hire to "service" their customers is astounding! I have had to go to the lengths of purchasing a camera JUST TO FILM THEM "picking up" our garbage every week. Let me just list a few things...they started out by just skipping our home for weeks at a time (we have payment auto pay so it's never missed) after calling 3 weeks in a row, they finally cut that out. Then shortly after that mishap, our trash can was thrown into our garage window, causing it to shatter, ON TRASH DAY! Hmm sounds like the enterprise sanitation guys may have had something to do with that. Then fast forward to every single week since there being my can AND loads of trash spewed all over the road and ditch. They literally THROW MY CAN! Unfortunately, living in the middle of trashville USA, there aren't any real respectable companies that service our area so I am unable to switch services. However, I am fed up to the point where I WILL be in contact with as many people as I can until this situation never occurs again. My cameras will be recording and I will put an end to this.
We were forced to change service from Waste Management to Enterprise. When i called to set up service with them, I was told i needed to come in they didn't set up service over the phone. This is the 20th century people!!! Service is set up on the computer now and you won't do it over the phone?? What a complete inconvenience for your customers! Trust me, it was not MY choice to have YOU as our service. Two thumbs down Enterprise. Get out of the Flinstone age
