Definitely a good group of guys working here. I would recommend calling in if it's a part that isn't very common. They will double check it to make sure they have it in stock. I always bring my part with me if I can.
Went in to store this evening for relay told them what relay and just pulled up relays and didn’t search for one I needed just stared at me and without questions or anything instead of looking in search bar so needless to say went to autozone got what need without issues in and out
K. Helped us get the batteries I needed for my jeep. She was very helpful knowledgeable and I appreciate it all her extra help that she gave us. Definitely a great place to get help if you need it for your vehicle
A good business wins the hearts and minds of its customers. An employee named Chuck help me there today. He could easily be a role model to win the hearts and minds for this place.
They don't seem to care about the customers that are in the store. Waiting in line for about 10 minutes with one customer in front of me. One person on the phone ordering parts, the person who I can only assume was the manager helping the cashier ringing up the only other customer in the store. Another person walking around, then after the manager was done helping the 1st cashier, moves over to help the guy on the phone order parts, at that point he walks a way to take a personal call on his cell phone from his mom, how nice. But don't worry about the now 3 people standing in line to checkout. Not once did any of the 4 employees greet me, or in any way acknowledge i was there, not a hi, not a we'll be right with you, nada. I can buy my parts anywhere I choose, I won't be choosing this store again.
The guys here were very helpful and intentive to my needs however they didn't have what I needed, so the gentleman that was helping me suggested that I go to another auto parts place just down the road which I thought was amazing that he would actually suggest a competitor way to go guys awesome job thanks for thinking of the customer first
Prices are a bit outrageous on oil and other small products. Stood there for about 5 minutes waiting on somebody and they ignored me and continued to play around. Convenient location just a little mismanaged.
This place is rude and never have what you need. They said they have a harness I needed to replace my daughter radio they said they had it. When I got there I talk to the same girl phone the phone call and they did not have the part. She was rude instead of just saying sorry
The staff was nice and friendly. To the man that works at Monro's who put my windshield wipers on I just wanna say Thank you. We all learned something new about wipers...
They wouldn't put a battery in a Ford focus said it took a professional. I had the battery out before the got the new one out front. Had it in in 5 min. this was for my daughter in law. Glad I followed her there
Lovely store. Most of the employees are fun and helpful. I love that they don't try to sell you things that you don't need just to get you to spend more money. They want to make sure you have a vehicle running smoothly for years to come.
Stopped in to get touch up paint for our Kia Soul. One employee on a smoke break, 2 talking at register and older employee doing nothing. No other customers but when we told him what we wanted he just pointed and said we might not sell the kind you need. No help at all. First and last time we're going there.
I have never been able to get a correct vehicle specific part the first time I go there. I always have to go back and return the first one to get the correct one. I have even verified that the first part they give me is exactly what their computer tells them it is. It is just always the wrong part for my vehicle.
My husband knew more than the people working there and had to help them look up what he needed-in the end they said part couldn't be ordered new- which is a lie -they need people that actually know what they are doing.
Should have ordered from rock auto like i wanted too but no husband said their right here next time i will not tell him when something needs done on car.So after paying alot more for parts at advanced auto they gave me cracked brakes and wrong ones for rear brakes now have to take them back really
needed an alternator and the 2 guys working (Rusty i think, but didn't catch the other guy's name) were extremely helpful and super friendly!! they were lifesavers basically, and i wish i could thank them again in person! amazing people!! we made it to TX - and now back in PA again - haha
