Honestly if I could give this place less than one star I would. I’m absolutely disgusted with how my experience went today. I hadn’t been there since the place has been taken over by new owners, but let me tell you now I will never be going back after the experience I had today. I went with a truck load of scrap metal. The vast majority of it being heavy stuff that I knew I wouldn’t be able to get off of my truck myself. I was greeted very quickly and politely. To which I responded with “Can I please get some help to unload my truck because most of this stuff is heavy!” To which I was told, “yes someone is down there and will help.” I heard the man over the radio say that I was going to need help however the man standing in the yard just stood there watching me struggle! He walked away several times and came back and seen me still unloading my truck and yet still never offered to help. When I was finally done unloading I was completely over the whole situation! I highly recommend going anywhere else!
Kinda pissed. Pulled in at 3:32 after getting my son from school. Expecting to have service I walked over and waited for someone to acknowledge my existence. Was told that last weigh is at 3:30. Brought up that the web site states 4:30. The answer to that is the site is wrong
Will never answer phone and there is no way to find out prices unless you go there. Staff is good when they all show up.
