James and Cliff and the gang at Eleanor Tire are the trusted fleet mechanics, we don't trust anyone else but them! They would never try to lie and push snake oil on anyone, and are more than glad to explain any diagnosis to anyone wanting to learn or listen. We miss shooting the breeze with Eddie, the original owner and Cliffs dad, in the waiting room and listening to his jokes and stories.
Cliff got me in quick and was very professional but also very fair. His prices are reasonable and he was friendly and accommodating. 10/10 will be visiting again!
Phenomenal service. Needed two F250 wheels and Cliff made a bunch of calls to track some down. Ended up being there for 4 hours and it was the least painful 4 hours I’ve ever spent in a Tire & Repair shop. Would come back in a heartbeat!
Honestly I can go back-and-forth with my rating but I have to go off of what experienced and what I know from others as well.
Yes they are pretty fair with the prices better than most and if you want anything done with your tires then I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call but if you need more major work done, maybe think twice because not only myself but many other people I know have left the garage only to make it halfway down the road and find out The part was put on wrong and most of the time, the mechanics did not want to take the blame. You're lucky if you even get an apology for the inconvenience of having to go back and wait even longer for your car
They could put a little work into their customer service, but still for cheap tire repairs and replacement, give them a call
Very reasonable, very knowledgeable, and helpful for anything we've ever needed since we first found out about them from our daughter Jennifer. Many thanks to a trustworthy mechanic, we've found our garage!!!

This was the last weekend of December that I picked the vehicle up. This is why Google asked me to review it. She would not like me to use her name publicly but I would be glad to share with you what details I have. Should I call the shop or email?
It is a Ford crossover pipe.
It was diagnosed as needing the manifold replaced when the manifold doesn't even have coolant ports in it.

I don't know if I should question their ethics or their skill. I was not their customer, I only went to retrieve the disabled car for their customer.
The customer called me since I was an automatic technician for years before leaving the trade. They had told her a part priced at close to $1K was bad. When she explained she didn't have the money he offered to buy it for the amount the tires would have cost.
I explained to her it wasn't possible for this part to be related to her issue so I went to get it.
I had an idea of what was wrong before hand so it took less than 20 minutes to find the broken part & about 20 minutes to replace the $15 part that was bad.
I give this place a million stars. Excellent service w mechanics that actually know what they r doing. Every time we have called with our whole world falling apart - these guys were there to calmly do whatever they could to put us back together. They put our car together and with their peaceful everything is going to be ok attitudes they calm our minds as well. Love this place and these ppl ❤️
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to buy a tire from this shop, but let me be the 1st to say, customer service is suburb!! Absolutely wonderful. The man I spoke with, his name is Eddy. Now I will say, that because he was so wonderful to me, that he is going to have my business within the next week!!
Friendly, honest mechanics who won't over charge or over sell unneeded services or take advantage of customers without extensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance. I'll never go anywhere else!
Soo glad I stopped in this place.. Every1 was so nice and knowledgeable. They didn't try to take advantage of me. Was a 2nd opinion and they saved me a lot of money..
Really good service , first come first served you may have to wait but have not had an issue with them been using them for 6 year's for inspections and repairs.
I will come back here. The owner and employees didn't try to pull any unnecessary work or money out of me and even worked with me so I could get what I needed done and afford to pay.
Drove from Poca for my inspection sticker because this place came so highly recommended. Definitely worth the trip! Not only was it a beautiful scenic ride, it was some of the friendliest encounters I have had! Everyone was very nice, super quick and efficient. Also affordable and helpful! I'll for sure be going back for all my vehicle repairs and needs :)
Wonderful Service! The guys here took my car in thinking that I had a timing belt issue, but looked it over before they started on anything. He had the real reason diagnosed within an hour, the parts orderes within an evening and my car fixed the next day! My car has never sounded better and I want to thank Eddie for how accomadating and quick his service was!
