Was put in a tough situation when picking up a truck and having major issues right away. Found Anthony's truck repair on google and went there. It was a great experience and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They had me back on the road faster than I thought would be possible, great group of guys highly recommend!

My truck broke down I called them for service, and they showed up. Mechanic told me that they can't get it fixed on side of road because it was electrical problem, and they have to tow it to their shop I give them ok. This happened on Wednesday about noon, nobody calls me for rest of the day of Wednesday. I called them on Thursday morning their time 9:20ish in morning and the lady said that they will call me back. nobody calls me back, so I call them again about 10:30ish their time and then again same thing. next time I called I asked to speak to shop supervisor, manager owner or anybody that can let me know what's going on and she said they would call me back. I called them few more times and then lady told me that they don't have anyone that can fix electrical problem or to check, so I ask her to get me quote to tow my truck to Volvo in Princeton and she said she will call me back, which she didn't, and she stopped answering her phone and hung up every time I called. I decided to send Facebook message, and Anthony called me, and he said they had trucks that they are work on and he is couple hours away and once he gets back, he will give me quote to tow truck, I told him that my driver sees two mechanic not doing anything and even one of them said that they don't electrical work there, and I told him I don't want them to do anything to my truck I got someone else to tow I just need bill that i owe them so they can release my truck. they wasted a whole 24 hours of my time and still charge me for their reflectance. They tow truck without removing drive shaft.

Brandon and Remington were great. Got us up and running in no time. Highly suggest anyone in need of a tow or repair to give Anthony’s a call.

Anthony’s was fabulous to work with. They worked with our towing provider, Coach Net, when our motorhome broke down. It was late Friday afternoon (around 4pm) when we got her towed to their shop. They fixed her the same day and stayed late to make sure we were back on the road and didn’t have to wait for them on Monday! Can’t recommend them enough!

My drivers radiator was leaking, I called Anthony's for roadside service I spoke with Becky, she told me she would send someone out. In the meantime another gentleman called my driver wanting to send a tow truck. Adamantly telling the driver and later telling me the driver wouldn't make it up the mountain with the leak he had in his radiator. My driver informed him just to send someone with antifreeze and no tow truck. For the record after speaking with our mechanic in NC getting his advice the driver made it up the mountain into OH and back to NC to have the radiator replaced with no need to be towed.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Worst experience of my life. I call these people and they tell me they had a used tire available. Guy comes out and puts a flat steer tire on my tractor. Proceeds to tell me he can't do anything about because he told me I was taking a chance. I told him I don't take chances with $500. Tried to charge me for the trip to the shop and back to go get a new tire. RACISM ISN'T DEAD!

Great service on towing,even truck repair.They Replace the clutch on 2019 Peterbilt went out.Knocked it out fast.Very helpful also with my route.Had to move big Overaize Load trough Millpoint West Virginia down To Virginia line on 219.Took the time go over route and turns and permit that’s would give me hard time doing.All I can say is thank you

Called in at 10pm for a simple coolant hose roadside assistance. Was told, “yeah we can come out to you! It’ll be 45min”…almost 2.5 hours later, no call no show and I had to call them back to back 8 times at midnight before anyone picked up and then proceeded to tell me, “the on call person just started their shift at midnight and can’t get ahold of tech” lol.

We were originally told that the tow truck would be there at 12. Waited an hour with the vehicle before calling and learning that no one had even been dispatched yet. They left at 3:00 and got here about 5:00, but billed us until 7:00. We communicated to them our needs but they still sent out the largest and most expensive tow truck. Couldn't make it home with a vehicle that large, so they left it in a parking lot. Steep pricing, especially for an incomplete job with poor communication. Oh, and they took the caps and u bolts when they dropped the drive shaft to tow it. Edit: the morning after posting this review, they did reach out to tell us that the billing was a mistake. No acknowledgement of the review, so I'm not sure where the change came from, but grateful for that at the least.

I had a driver experiencing brake issues on I64. Anthony's sent a service truck out and got him rolling very quickly at a decent price. Would definitely recommend them.

A few hours ago, my battery died at the gas station in Crawley, and I had 2 children with me (including a special needs child) and was on the way to 4 doctors appointments from 3 hours away...and they arrived in less than 15 minutes and jumped my car battery and I paid only $20. I was instructed to go straight to Auto Zone and not turn my car off until a new battery was placed. We successfully arrived safely to Autozone for new battery and the appointments after. Thank you so much for coming so quick for my children and I. The 2 men were kind and professional. GOD BLESS YOU.

Our driver had a blown tire near a shop. We called for a quote and told the shop we needed approval from our boss. Our boss declined because the quote was too high. When we called back to decline the service, the shop had already removed the tire and demanded payment for two hours of work. We advise caution as they seem to be taking advantage of people.

Anthony's truck repair is top notch. I Broke down and needed a tow. Mr David and his helper Mr Rusty came quickly as they could to get me off the on ramp. Great guys to know, If you're ever in need of a great company from maintenance, repairs or towing. Definitely call Anthony's truck repair. Thank you again Mr David and Rusty for a great job with towing my truck and trailer. Will definitely refer family and friends if they're in the area.

This place is one of the best and honest family business. We are a carrier from Chicago. Truck broke down close by. Somehow we made it to this shop. Early in the morning these great people started to work on the truck. They needed some parts for our Cascadia that was supposed to be delivered at this shop next morning. They were so nice that they even went to pick up the part so the truck can be ready by the end of the day. Thank you so much for taking care of our truck and driver. Freightage Team

Had a blow out about 20 miles up the road from where they were in I-64 at about 8 in the evening. After calling 7 other places in the area (up to 100 miles), they were the only local one willing and able to help. Limped over to them, got two used tires for a great rate, and was out the door faster than it took me to find them.

When my truck flipped these guys were fast, extremely politeand safe. I came back to their garage to get my GPS that I left on purpose and someone stole it. That's the only bad mark that I give these guys. They are very respectful.

Good honest shop with a great crew. Passing through WV radiator went on my truck. Got me back up and running in the same day. Very fair with price. Highly recommend. Thank you folks. Merry Christmas.

This company came to our rescue! We had an alternator give out on a Saturday afternoon as our family of 5 was driving from Indiana to Virginia. They answered and went beyond to help our minivan get back on the road. Being an on call 24/7 service is HARD WORK, but they seem to be one of the few able to answer the phone in your time of need. Solomon and David worked together to figure out who was closest to help. Solomon was able to get to us and begin taking the alternator out quickly. So quick, he also was the one to drive 40 min round trip to get the replacement alternator to install it. David swung by to check on him and us - I just cannot get over the service we experienced and appreciate the West Virginians who stopped to check on us. The price of their service was incredibly reasonable! Our original ETA to our hotel was 5:15pm and their service helped us get to our destination the same day by 8:45pm! Passing through WV, my semi truck experienced a cracked radiator along highway 77 and needed a tow and repair. After turning down other nearby towing companies quotes, we settled on using Anthony's. Their service was great. They got us towed to their shop at a reasonable fee, unlike the other quotes I received and had us up and running the very next day. It's good when you find wholesome people with good service in the industry that are not just out to take advantage when you come through their town with a breakdown. Great people!!! Great service!!!

Answered phone quickly, very responsive and helpful. We had a relatively niche trailer tire and they had a good used one in stock, the very last one. Said he'd get to us in a half hour and arrived within 15 minutes. Quickly got our trailer up and tire swapped. Knew his stuff. Our representative was Solomon. Very friendly and respectful and cut us what I'd consider a reasonable deal considering it's roadside assistance. Truck was in the shop for over a week for a radiator because the wrong parts kept getting ordered. Dealt with LINDA, EXTREMELY rude people kept getting hung up on every time I would call in and ask for an update and never returned calls when they said they'd call back. Over all HORRIBLE customer service and complete unprofessionalism. Stay away from these people if you can definitely would not recommend this shop to anyone.

My 18 wheeler broke down in Crawley WV. it just happened to be on the same exit at ATR. My son took it there and the mechanic treated us like family. He got us on back going the same day!!! The best part was the price he could have charged a lot more! So fair So honest So rare! Restored my faith in humanity

Chris, Solomon and the crew at Anthony's are top notch mechanics. During a cross country military move we had a vehicle break down on a Sunday. Anthony's was quick to respond and get our vehicle to the shop to start diagnosis. Once at the shop Chris kept us updated with progress and Solomon was very thorough to ensure the problem was repaired correctly the first time. The best part of the experience is that even though the vehicle was in the shop over a week waiting on some parts the price was extremely reasonable and the service was great. I would highly recommend Anthony's for any diesel vehicle recovery and repair.

Had a flat tire on I-64 in Virginia on a Sunday night. Anthony's Towing was the only company that would answer the phone after hours. Tom showed up and went above and beyond and extremely helpful. After his expert assistance I would highly recommend them to anyone! I have them saved in my contacts for future reference!

5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH!! In an e treme time of crisis the owner Amanda treated us like we were family. My family and I were involved in an undescribable accident. We were returning from a cross country vacation in Grand Forks, North Dakota back home to VaBeach. My 36 foot camper started to sway violently at a relatively low speed. I tried to slow the fishtailing by using the brake controller but this seemed to make it worse. Well we finally ended up sideways and the camper tires went off road into the dirt. That's when it flipped taking us with it. We went airborne to the driverside landing on the front top corner of the passenger side rolling 3 times. We landed upright and all okay except bumps and bruises. Anthony's Towing responded to recover my 03 Yukon and pile of matchsticks that used to be my 03 Flagstaff 36 foot camper. We went to the hospital to get checked out. After getting cleared I called them to get the location of our belongings. Amanda immed in steely started to help us. Giving us rides, arranging hotels and pretty much offering us any help we needed. She drove us around and back to our hotel. I cannot express my families gratitude in this stressful time. She made us feel like family. While running her business took her time out to cater to us. To the Anthony Towing abd Recovery family If you are ever in Virginia Beach area PLEASE let us know so we can give you the same family treatment. Again I cannot praise thank them for all their help. Very nice down to earth people and very enjoyable to be around, did a awesome job on replacing a transmission while still doing all the emergency recovery calls they had every day also, had a amazing time meeting them all hopefully next is not due to a breakdown, but I'd highly recommended these people to anyone

No one wants to have a break down but it's the nature of the beast & the stress is diminished greatly when you have vendors over the road that you trust. The folks at Anthony's have always given honest assessments & fair estimates on what, for us in our experience with them, have been costly breakdowns and long distance tows. The big ones hurt & they have shown a willingness to negotiate on larger jobs & tows, flat rates when they can, just really nice folks all around who care about another family run business in a world of large chain service centers with sub-par work & and a one-size-fits-all herd approach. They are our "GO TO" vendor in the area and are designated as such. If they can't do it or can't get to it, they're always willing to be a resource and help us find folks they work with.
