My RAM 2500 with a slide in camper incurred a mechanical issue making the truck unable to drive. Called AAA and Silas Gunter was the assigned driver for Smith Towing. Silas arrived in a timely manner, hooked up the truck/camper to ensure everything was safe for travel and towed the truck 200 miles to my home. Mr. Gunter did an exceptional job in driving and delivering the truck. Definitely would use Smith's Towing and Truck Repair
Smith's Towing is absolutely amazing, back in Dec right before Christmas eve I was on my way to work early one morning when I wrecked and was lucky to be alive still, but Smith's came an got my car out from over the hill but not before checking to make sure I was okay and didn't need to go to the hospital, even after I went to get the belongings out of it he was still making sure I was okay. Smith's Towing is the best to call and there employees show it as well.

I called them and they were to me within 30 minutes. ,towed me to there shop repaired my tractor and had me up and running the same day super nice people wish I had met them years ago I would recommend them to anyone as they do great work towing and repair and are super reasonable and super nice. Y'all are the best we can't thank you enough.
We called Smith's when we broke down while traveling through WV on our way home to KY. In no time, they arrived with a tow. For a family of five (with our exhausted little ones ?), it was an absolute blessing to find Smith's Towing.
These guys are the best, most hospitable group out there. they came in at a really rough patch I hit during a trip up home in Ohio, and they really showed how they value their customers. they provided the transportation I needed while I found overnight accomodations to help me get new tires on and out on my way in the AM. didn't break the bank overall and they provided speedy, careful service, as well as topped off my fluids. if you get stuck out in the area, they will definitely help.
These guys did an all around amazing job. I would have charged myself twice as much to do what they did towing and repairs to the rig. I honestly haven't seen any service like this in over 10 years of trucking! They are definitely my go to guys from now on. Thank you Jason and team for your awesome work!

Called this place explaining what the truck was doing and that I didn't know if it was a simple fix or not. They advised me to let them come check it out before towing it because it might be simple. They came out and found a bad ecm ground wire and repaired on the side of the road. Very reasonable price and got my truck back on the road in a timely fashion. Will definitely use again! Smith’s towing was one of the greatest experience as an owner operator. A family owned business that CARES. Took me in as a family member all while getting my transmission switched on my freightliner. This country needs more people like this family. Broke down on the side off the road in a big truck. I was having problems with my radiator and a leak I couldn't find. Thomas just stopped by to see if he could help us. With in minutes he found the leak, replaced the hose and topped off the antifreeze. Thank you Thomas for stopping and helping a guy out. I would highly recommend this company to fellow travelers.
