Went in for a product that the website said was in stock. After getting to the store the did not have it so I went with a alternative.

Very knowledgable about what kind of oil I should use in my 13, ford Edge. Being a lady, normaly don't know much about my own car. Being out of state, I was nervous but they,(he) was very helpful!
Didn't have what I needed..in up buying things . Told me this or that work when i tried to do was change a power steering pump. There pullers would not work . Waste d money frustrated
I prefer auto zone but this is the only other car parts place I'll use. For the most part their great and if part isnt in stock they can have it there typically within a day.
Been shopping here for years and years out of necessity most of the staff does not care if you get what you're looking for or not my experience most of the time when I ask about certain items they just say they don't have it and if I do a little digging around the store myself I happen to find it go to AutoZone much better staff and they are more than happy to help you out and they price match so no reason to full with the other one
Friendly and helpful staff. It's hard to get extra keys for the hourly wage that they pay them. They should pay them more. There will always be one or two employees walking around that are completely clueless about mechanics. But generally the supervisors know a little bit.
Convenient location on Route 60. Plenty of parking including handicap accessible spaces with ramped sidewalk. Does not have automatic open doors!
Prices are reasonable for quality of product sold. Always a good variety of in stock products and occasional coupons/promotions make prices even better. Most significant concern would be the less than seasoned staff, the store does not seem to retain staff long...the more knowledgeable staff seem to migrate to the competition. If you are not a mechanic you may not want to choose this location, as you are unlikely to get quality advice.
I called and ordered a fuel filler neck for my 1997 ford f150 and when I came to pick it up today i got it and went outside and looked at it before i was going to leave and when i did it had big chip inside the part where the gas cap screws on. So I took it back in the store and when I got to the counter the workers name was brad h and he just laughed and carried on like he didn't care about anything that was going on! I stood at the counter for about 20 minutes waiting on him to reorder a new part. He finally did. But I need this part today! Now I have to wait two more days just to get it on Monday. So I'm not very happy about this store and I will probably take my business elsewhere. This store needs new employees that actually care. I told him I wanted my money back and he said he couldn't do that! That he could just order a new part for me! So I will be calling the corporate office and reporting this problem with there store! And I will probably not go back to this store. Put you in mind that I have used advance auto for about 17 years!
Spent 12 minutes in the store, over 11 minutes waiting in line. 3 registers open, all of them busy. When I walked out without purchasing anything due to the incompetence of the staff, all 3 registers had the same customers. No one even acknowledged me. It shouldn't take 12 minuets to ring someone up. Went to auto zone afterwards. It had the same amount of customers and I got in and out in under 3 minutes.
