Had 4 new tires mounted and balanced, 2 weeks later took a trip to Richmond VA. As soon as we got up to speed on I-79 we noticed a vibration. The seat backs and coffee cups were bouncing all the way. Took the car to a nearby tire store in VA to have them checked. No wheel weights present. Tire tech informed us the tires had Balance Beads for big trucks in them and highly recommended removing them. Cost me $140.00 to have the balance beads removed and tires re-mounted and re-balanced. Smooth as glass when done right! I will give Groves a chance to make it right and update this review with results.
